Paid for subscription and the app never worked for my vehicle

I paid for a subscription and tried to immediately and it did not work for my vehicle wasn’t compatible and they won’t let me get a refund even after canceling my subscription because it wasn’t compatible with my vehicle and in this all happened within 30 minutes of me, downloading the app paying for it, and then having to cancel my subscription and request a refund horrible customer service

Hi there, Sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, the app is only for Tesla vehicles at this time, as per the store listing. With regard to your refund, you of course are perfectly entitled to one and you can do this within your App Store / Play Store under the subscriptions section. You can also email support@carcastapp.com which replies immediately giving you full instructions on how to get a refund if you desire. Email support and we will be happy to process your refund right away.

What cars and devices are compatible with Car Cast?
