This app will not work. The developer will not give a refund. An apple will not refund. Regardless of reason. Tried twice to get refunded and Apple denied. Absolute scam.

DONT PURCHASE THIS APP
I made a genuine mistake in downloading this app and when I requested a refund as per U.K. law within 14 days of purchase I was refused.
How can a company be trusted if it’s not going to obey the law?

A scam?
As soon as I loaded the app, the subscription options popped up & I could not cancel it. I tried the close the app & it automatically subscribed me & took my money. I have contacted them 2 times via the app requesting a refund & nobody has responded. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
Doesn’t work
The app try to take money from you. I selected trial but it still charges year subscription.
And it doesn’t work on my Ford Ranger Sport 2024.

Dont purchase it. This is the worst app I ever see. I tried to figure out if the app is compatible with my car before purchasing it but couldn’t. I was skeptical about it but saw refund option so I bought it. Turn out its not gonna work for my car so tried to contact seller to get refund but didn’t get reply. Then, tried to work with apple. This is the first time I ever ask for refund with apple but they disappointed me. The app makes it very difficult to contact the seller either for refund, cancel, or for help. Dont purchase it.

I made the stupid mistake to purchase this without reading the reviews first! It is basically a scam because when doing the purchase it does not give you the option to verify the compatibility with your car before payment, and when you have paid they will not issue a refund going against all rules of trade in the UK where a client has a 14 day cooling off period regardless! So basically a scam or fraud as you wish to describe it. Thanks for nothing.

I got this app thinking I needed it to connect my iPhone but didn’t, so contacted them, they quickly emailed saying it’s being dealt with. Nearly 3 weeks later and I still haven’t had my refund and haven’t heard anything else from anyone!

This app does not work, developer refuses to respond to any form of contact, Apple are refusing refund also. Totally ripped off by scam developer and in turn Apple - very frustrating.

I contacted the app for a refund as my car is not compatible with this app, this was on the 25th October and I still haven’t been refunded nor have I had any emails to ask further questions about the refund, ridiculous app just takes money from u and doesn’t provide any details etc, I’ve again went back on to request a refund and I can’t even past the 1st question which my answer is “other” and it won’t accept it!
