I love Mercedes! But I having an Affair with my wife’s Lexus! That Pearl White at Night? There’s nothing like it!
I am proud of the Toyota genius behind Lexus! I am also happy that the LC500 failed in the Market Place. It just told me that Lexus is not invincible! Everyone needs a reason to strive for greatness!
Lexus’ bruised ego may be that reason!
All great egos are bruised every once in a while. That’s how the great keeps being great! Thank you Lexus for enabling the affair with my wife’s pristine ES350.

Fake app, do not download
This app is fake? It doesn’t connect and after you’ve paid $105.99, you lose your payment, you can’t cancel and get your money back. I’ve been trying for 3 days to get this app to connect with no luck and can’t get my money back.
Refund
The app states that it would work with my car and that it would be 10.00 monthly. I thought I was paying the monthly fee but they tried taking well over the amount that was listed for 5 months and I have no way of contacting them to get this matter resolved. I’m extremely disappointed and angry. I will tell all of my fellow Hyundai owners to stay away from this app.

Don't do it
Don't do it it's a total scam. It says in your car to get this app in order to install other apps. I did what it said and you cannot do it. It's a terrible outdated app Toyota should not even be promoting this because it doesn't work.

We had to pay for the app before knowing of it would work on our vehicle.. once we realized we could not use it we have tried everything to reach some sort of support.. unfortunately we paid the 6 month upfront fee and now have no way of getting our money back. I’ve tried reporting an issue (only way to possibly reaching someone) and have not heard back.. horrible customer service.. never used any features so couldn’t tell you if it even works.. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Do not purchase
I purchased the subscription and immediately saw the flaws upon connection. Most of the vehicle information is incorrect or it stays in drive mode leading to remote start not being accessible. I’ve been requesting a refund and I never get a response from support@tvcast, a complete ripoff.
Does not connect
The developer website takes you to a virus infected site and then asks you to download more software. This is a scam and there is no way to get a refund. I Paid for a year. Thought it would work and was an app for my 2019 Subaru Outback. I can’t get it to connect and cannot find anywhere to request a refund. Keeps taking me to a bot that has no help or a number to call for help

The app is useless and does not provide the services advertised.

I have paid a month subscription but cannot create an account. I have tried so many times and all I get is, “check your internet”. I deleted and reinstalled the app but to no avail. Can’t even find any number to call and get my refund.

Do not download you have to pay then yoi find out you have to go through another app and when you choose not to go through that app and request refund because you are unable to use the app. No one responds. You’re welcome for the $99 that you have and I can’t use your app.
