Fake, Scam, and Fraud
This app developer promised an app that simply failed to deliver not because of any technical difficulties, but because they wished to prey on the innocent. Right from the get-go, the app description promises features that simply were not available. I had a feeling from the start that this was all intended to funnel unsuspecting users into forfeiting sums of money after a very short trial. The video and marketing used, including the photos posted in their app does not match nor align with the information actually available within the app. This is deceptive and is an unfair business trade practice. They promised feature, such as digital key and advanced vehicle monitoring that the developer simply was ill equipped in providing considering that not once during the on boarding process, did the app ask for the VIN of the vehicle nor provide away or means for the app to interface with the vehicles computer. This is also not the first time I have come across this developer
