Fraudulent app
I purchased a subscription to use this app and received a notification after purchasing that the app was not compatible with my vehicle. I immediately requested a refund through the app and received no response and then requested it through Apple support and was denied my refund. Upon speaking with a Apple Rep it was discovered that this is a fraudulent app

List pricing beforehand, I only changed iPhone, I have Toyota connected services and was able to plug in my phone before to listen to music on the apps and use Waze. No fees, why am I not able to hook up the new phone and use those same services without paying.

This does not work with my vehicle, and I had to pay $100 to figure this out. I tried to click on “app support” and it took me to a junk page telling me that my phone had a virus. So apparently there is no support to be had. How do I get a refund of my hundred dollars?

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for the app, and won’t even let me create a new account. Says the page doesn’t exist…

Do not buy this. I was F’d out of 100.00
It’s a scam. I spent 100 on this app only to find that it didn’t work with my 21 Durango and would need to buy ad ons to make it compatible that would have cost 100+ more. Tried to cancel and get money back but no such luck. It was only 100 but still… 100 bucks is a 100 bucks. Don’t buy this.

Horrible and frustrating
So I was so excited about this app and then turns out my car is not compatible with it so I requested a refund twice when I was denied twice so I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do now with this app that doesn’t work for my car. I even searched the manual and everything. Im very disappointed, frustrated and confused. The subscription is ridiculously expensive if the app is nonfictional.

I contacted the vendor and referenced this review in asking for a full refund. I did not receive a response.
To add insult to injury, the vendor charged me $19.99 today, 06/02/2026, which is TWO WEEKS AFTER I had already canceled my subscription.
I have screenshots and emails.
At this point I am asking Apple to reverse the transaction. If I do not hear back from Apple by Thursday 06/04/2026 at 5PM Eastern Time I am referring this matter to the New York State Attorney General's Office.
Apple is complicit in credit card and wire fraud, acting as an agent for a fraudulent vendor. This vendor is obviously a fraud. The vendor has been reported numerous times in reviews and yet Apple still allows its fraudulent credit card charges to go through.
Do NOT assume that the low amount of $19.99 will somehow dissuade me from filing the complaint with the Attorney General's Office

First off: you are required to subscribe to the app in order to set up your car. No trial period, nothing.
I subscribed for a month for $19.99. Setting up the car in the app is simply not possible.
I drive a 2025 BMW X5 M Sport. The app displays the car image as a truck. The X5 is not a truck.
Trying to sign in in order to finish setting up the car results in a CAPTCHA failure: Your computer is sending too many requests.
Evidently, I have screenshots.
This app is worthless. Do NOT buy.
I am asking for a full refund.
