Unethical, Unprofessional & Poor Customer Service
Very dissatisfied by the poor customer service offered through the app and the rental company- Routes.
In an emergency situation, I needed a vehicle and saw good reviews for the app & companies. Ultimately, I did not get a rental vehicle and am being denied a refund for service that was not provided. This is extremely unprofessional, unethical & poor customer service on all ends. I refuse to use this app and companies associated. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. So very disappointed with the entire interaction & out $114. 🤷🏼♀️
