Car damage scratches everywhere
Went through the car wash new car 2025 no scratches no dent and as I always I get out to dry the car off so the residue spots won’t be everywhere. I notice scratches everywhere on the left side of my door the trim of the rearview mirror, the door trimming by the door handle and the antenna compartment on top of the car by the sunroof talked with the owner Keegan Flikkema he totally lied and and said it couldn’t be from the car wash because he hasn’t had any complaints this spring WHTA ?? and the scratches clearly are in whip motion from spinning around from the brushes and are clearly obvious and then he told me that I was just trying to dig him into a deeper hole so he acknowledged that he was in a hole he was trying to wiggle his self out and told me that he didn’t have his insurance information available first he said that he had to dig it out of a file cabinet in his office. Then said he had to get dressed and go to his dad’s and Uncle’s office what a liar, so make sure you get out the car and check for scratch. because the equipment is definitely old and damaged. And from what it looks like, he lied about his name as well, but what can you expect from a liar?

This app is the worst. I’ve tried logging in numerous times and have requested text verification codes at least five times and nothing has come my way. It’s clear this is a jank app with no good support behind it.
Can’t login
Car wash location is supposed to scan my license place, bridge street car wash, and that’s not Happened multiple times in a row and there’s no login on the screen but I made an account with the email I was sent but that doesn’t control anything. Broke. System I’m annoyed.
Horrible at Mr.Sparkle
No way to reset password, as another reviewer mentioned asks for a company name I’m not a company. Has anyone even looked at this app and its usage? Hope someone looks at it and cleans it up,
They rip you off
I’ve purchased the buy 4 get one free for 96 dollars TWICE this week and the app shows I have zero car washes every time and the barcode says it’s invalid. This is why I canceled my monthly. Same scam nonsense

Not happy
I bought a book and I’m really struggling. my phone number was supposed to work and it doesn’t. So I paid $70 for one wash
Broken Login
The app loads up then when trying to login it’s useless. Doesn’t send a link for login or forgot password. If for some reason you get logged out or change phones, you’ll never be able to log back in to update your account.
Junk
It just forced an update and now it wants my company name. Im not a company. It says click here and we will send you a magic link that will log you right in. All that does is ask for the company name user name and password. Again I am not a company
Poor App
This new update is horrible. The app never was the best but since the update it prompted me to use a “magic link” to login, but nothing works. Can’t even reset my password. A waste!

Did not ask for password when I purchased wash package . When I go to check washes available it asks for password but no way to create a password

I bought a regular wash monthly plan, the app doesn’t show what package I purchased only shows more options to purchase more. I tried upgrading from regular unlimited to ultimate unlimited and was charged for both unlimited plans at the end of the month. When I go to the car wash kiosk, the barcode never works to enter, the attendant always has to run over, enter his pin and has to scan my barcode just before entering the car wash! Holds the entire line of cars up every time. Like this concept, but get it to work correctly!!

Bought wash book right at kiosk at the car wash. Entered all codes to get a discount at Carwash. Charged my credit card. Went to scan code for first wash said invalid code. Now I’m out $48.
