WHAT IS GOING ON

What happened to the other carbon app? First I can’t find it in AppStore no more and secondly my account was downgraded which I find difficult updating, I have around 1 million in that account, I have write to your customer support and no body is responding. Does that mean you guys want to fraud us or what?? Please I need my money. Find a way to upgrade my account and get my money out. I don’t understand what is going on this time with your bank
