Thank you for the service I was provided today at my visit. Everyone was very helpful and nice to me. From the reception to the doctor (when beyond, he listened and paid attention to my concerns)and the nurse.
Doctors visit
The doctor said I had a cyst. And sent antibiotics to the pharmacy. I went to the dermatologist today. And they said it was just a bruise with a hematoma. Not real happy with the misdiagnosis you guys gave me. And the room I was seen in. Was

Misdiagnosed
I went there for loss of hearing in the right ear. They went through two containers of fluid flushing my ear. Doctor came in and said there’s something white in there doesn’t look like wax must be an infection. Here’s a prescription for antibiotic eardrops. So after I drove nearly an hour to get to the urgent care, my gas and my time this prescription was not covered under my insurance so I had to wait at Costco until they could reach the doctor to get a different prescription of antibiotic eardrops. I put the 4 drops in three times a day as prescribed. Unfortunately, nothing helped! I was able to get into my doctor today and he put a camera in my ear and the white stuff was a huge piece of cotton had been sitting in my ear for 10 days. Had that set much longer, I would’ve had a severe infection. The people at the urgent care were very nice and the doctor was very nice. I just don’t feel he researched my problem enough to know what was really going on.

When no one else would help me you guys did, I’m almost in tears because I’ve got some relief from my back pain hands down beat urgent care in the state of Oklahoma. Thank you again.

Great Care while visiting Boston
Hi while in Boston, I developed a UTI. I called Carby Health and they were so pleasant on the phone so I decided to go there. It was a six minute walk from where I was staying. The staff was wonderful and there was barely any waiting. I was out of there quickly with a diagnosis and prescriptions. The messaging thereafter has been prompt and efficient. If the need ever arises, I would definitely go there again and would recommend it to anyone in that area (Back Bay).

Ear clogged
My ear is still clogged. I felt that wasn’t taken care of the way I was supposed to. I have very bad experience. My ear still called and now it hurts.

Overseas blocked
I am traveling internationally and I am not able to use the app or the website due to it being blocked when I’m outside of the country. I am having a medical emergency and need to schedule visits with my doctor as soon as I get back, would appreciate if my IP address wouldn’t be blocked during this time

Horrific app but good doctors
There are a horrific amount of bugs and weirdnesses about using the interface making scheduling literally impossible. Like picking providers that don’t even work there anymore. But the practice itself is good if you’re lucky enough to get in the door.
Very professional
Courteous, and so attentive and so easy. I now prefer urgent care to making an appt with my primary! Same day appts. So great. However I needed to talk to the PA with a crucial update. I left a message on their app and have not heard. I will call again tomorrow. But that sort of made it 4 instead of a 5.

Bad experience
I have visited Carbon Health at Hillsdale Mall several times in the past, but today I experienced the worst service I have ever received.
I went to the clinic twice in the same day, first as a walk-in and later with a scheduled appointment. On my second visit, I waited for over 70 minutes and received no meaningful update about when I would be seen. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave.
What was most disappointing was the receptionist’s attitude. She appeared friendly and attentive to some patients, while being noticeably dismissive and rude toward others. As a patient, it is frustrating to feel ignored and treated differently, especially when already dealing with a health concern.
Waiting can happen in healthcare settings, and most patients understand that. However, there is a big difference between unavoidable delays and poor communication combined with a lack of respect. After 70 minutes, I could have gone to another urgent care clinic and received treatment elsewhere.
Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both customer service and communication with patients.

this app does not work at all. couldn’t upload my insurance card to get past the second step of sign up. waste of time and discouraged me from going to their urgent care.

Great experience
Dana was my provider and she was awesome, awesome bedside manner and professionalism, she took the time to talk to me and listen to what was going on. Facility was clean and the medical assistants were nice and helpful too. I received great care. Overall really great experience and will continue to come here if needed and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
