I have worked on this for a week now with tech support and paid for a year. This app is junk and doesn’t work. Asked for refund and it was denied with no reason

Don’t get this app, it’s a scam. Can’t get a refund. If you have the 3.5 screen don’t bother. It says it’s compatible but it’s fake. I will go to my bank to cancel this payment. And I’m also done with apple as well for allowing scammy apps like this

Charged me $53 not $19! Plus you had to have on star! They can unlock my car you don’t need this application!!!
Junk app
I have downloaded this stupid app twice and had to pay each time. $ 99.99 each time. The app will not connect at all. My next step is contacting my card company and reporting this. Then contacting my attorney. Because $ 200.00 is a lot to spend on an app that doesn’t work.
