Don’t get this app, it’s a scam. Can’t get a refund. If you have the 3.5 screen don’t bother. It says it’s compatible but it’s fake. I will go to my bank to cancel this payment. And I’m also done with apple as well for allowing scammy apps like this

Unauthorized charge

I installed and uninstalled this app the same day and they still trying to take a payment off my card. The only way to contact them is through email and I was told that I had to cancel the subscription off my phone. I did that and they still trying to take money off my card.

Unresponsive customer care.

Signed up for the yearly subscription and found out the same day that all the services they offer are free with Ford. Have made an attempt to contact the customer care the same day and they have not responded in over a week. Scam.

False claims

This app does nothing that has been stated on this write up. This app doesn’t show anything other than the status of your vehicle and showing you where you parked. I thought it did a lot more from the right up. But also for the price that they charge, they are lucky they are getting one star.

Doesn’t work for 2016 Cherokee

I downloaded this for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. After an hour of trying this, it will not connect to my Jeep. I’m assuming it works for newer vehicles even though it says it’ll work for something 10 years old.

I downloaded and uninstalled this app same day and was just charged for the service smh and only way is to email with no response. Don’t download!
