The latest update no longer allows me to enter the app. Now I can't use my card because of the idiots who work on the app. Bravo

I cut my card off in my app on my phone and then the app will not open it so I can cut it back on

It appears that elements has updated this application. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the Card Control app multiple times, I continue to receive an error message, which has caused some inconvenience.
