It’s a great game. I play it all the time. Only downfall is that it logs the player out very often. Please stop that!
Logging me out every day
Im getting bumped out constantly and the new sideways screen there with weird keyboard makes it so hard to log in again. It doesn’t save my username/password and my iPhone doesn’t prompt me to save it. I understandddd.
Could be a lot better
The biggest problem I see with this app besides cheaters is the ads that are offered to watch. Some of them go on for minutes some of them have no way of getting out of them when they should’ve been over with. You need to do better with that.No one should have to sit and watch an ad for two minutes and then have to close the game because there’s no way to get the ad to end.

Terrible gin rummy
This is a bad implementation of gin. The rules are unlike any gin I’ve played and turn a profoundly skillful game into a luck fest. I’m also increasingly suspicious that the card distribution is illegitimate. No brainers are rare in real life gin rummy. No brainers are constantly occurring in this game.

Ads don’t work and other things
There are dozens of opportunities to earn extra currency by watching an ad. Very typical of ads so not by itself a big deal. The problem is that if you watch an ad you will not get credit for it as the ad will take over the app with no way out of it unless you completely close the game. The game also logs you out frequently which seems to defeat the point of having a login to begin with. A lot of small frustrations on what could be a very pleasant experience and great way to get people into their physical card packs. But just comes off as lazy.

Shuffler is inconsistent
Good game but the hands dealt are frequently basically unshuffled especially in gin rummy, with winning hands only requiring one or two cards, for or against.
Cheaters ruin it
Used to love playing multiplayer card games here, but the cheaters just make it unbearable. People team up by starting private games together and then going public or using guest accounts. What’s the point? Bicycle needs to try and fix these issues or at least give players the option to report. It isn’t even fun anymore.

You will play against a computer that stacks deck against you if you win.
I don’t recommend you play. I have played for over 3 years. And the computer will start only giving you losing hands if you win too much. Terrible algorithm. Play for fun and don’t expect a fair game.
Glitches ruin the fun
The game selection is nice. The aesthetics are nice. The glitches, not nice. The playing algorithm for solitaire won't let you forfeit and start a new game if your only move left is moving a king to a blank space. There are other glitches that I've reported that haven't been fixed.
Quitting games and points
Can you fix the point system when players back out. I play almost a full game and people back out because they’re going lose and nobody in game gets points and player that backed out doesn’t receive any negative points. Big issue on this as it happens all the time and I back out 1 time and get -20 plus points big issues on this matter

“New look”
The layout for solitaire was bass-ackwards and very awkward. I understand that more engineers are left-handed. This “downdate” has been fixed.
Fun Gameplay
Needs more games. What’s there is smooth and well done. However, the old Hoyle Card games had a ton of games including classics like Pinochle. Please add more games like Pinochle

I am so excited to see you went back to old format I can play better now - I didn't think you would change it back for left handed people so glad you did
Updated back to classic layout
At 47, I am officially old. When this app updated to an unfamiliar layout for a game I’ve played since the 1900’s, my brain melted down. But the developers listened to feedback and gave us the option to use the classic layout. This is one of a couple of games I enjoy playing. Thank you!
Shame on you USPCC
Has good potential, but since the start in 2021 Spades and Hearts are loaded with cheaters that have super powers enabled by the game developers. They quit any game they are losing without penalty, and you actually get their penalty points in Spades. Nice. This has been going on for 5 years. Incompetent marketing department.

Pretty good but don’t create an account
I like the card games and since I am old school (grew up with Intellivision), I prefer to play bots vs real people.
My main gripe is how often I get logged out of the game. I even made an account so I can easily track my wins but on the iphone there isn't even a way to save my login credentials. So I just play without logging in ☹️
