Worst customer service from any company ever experienced. Do not reply to emails. When they finally do after 4-5 follow ups, they are rude and still do not address the problems
Scammers
I ordered 2 cards 3 months ago for a birthday gift. I sent countless emails asking for an update on my inventory, they went round in circles and eventually stopped replying. It’s a shame it doesn’t allow me to choose zero stars.
Horrible
Horrible service. Ignored for months after purchasing. Buying cards just for them to sit forever and the employees don’t do anything about it. Don’t respond to emails either.
Good source buy for basketball and soccer
I’ve been using card hobby for almost 2 year now, the only challenge is the listing all written in Chinese. It takes a while to learn how to navigate in the app, overall I’m still happy with how much I paid for my cards

Awful Customer Experience
The prices seem great so you spend a bunch of money on the app…it is a downhill experience from here… once your cards arrive at the warehouse it might be two to three weeks until they ask you to verify the purchase via an unclear photo of the cards…then they sit in the warehouse so you request a shipment…it takes up to two months for them to just weigh the cards for shipment…once they do you pay for shipping…after 5 weeks after paying for shipping my order is still sitting in waiting for shipping so they haven’t even sent them… American and Canadian buyers steer clear!!!
