Picture look up
Constantly have to search for cards by typing in the search instead of using the camera. It will not recognize the card, doesn't matter the lighting or the card out of penny sleeve, or one touch, or top loader. Just won't scan it. Then after typing it in 20-30 options of the card show up. Also the pricing is so up and date on CL- value index. Wish you could give a AVERAGE VALUE AT LEAST WITH THE RAW CARDS. Customer for 3-4 months, feel like might be time to look elsewhere. Everything else has worked good.

Really disappointing
This app is pretty much useless unless you pay up for the pro feature. There’s really not much to this app unless you buy the pro feature which then it explodes into all these features and data that you can get at. Don’t expect any help if you contact customer support. Expected a GEN Z’er to offer condescending remarks about your inquiry. Collectors universe do a better job.

I’m paying for this
I’m paying $19.99 a month to be able to scan not type everything in, however most scans on a card have to be typed in unless it’s one of the mega parallels..why am I paying for this if I have to continuously type it in anyway
Not accurate
You all post sales that never happened. The sale could have been a mistake and cancelled and you all still present it as if the sale is factual. Also card ladder is missing sales that show up on alt. You all make it extremely difficult for to report an issue.
Missing a majority of completed sales.

Glitched out
I’ve bought the subscription and it’s not letting me “go pro” it just keeps saying “you already are subscribed” and I can’t access any features. Anytime I try logging in on the web with Gmail it says a problem has occurred. Just stole my money and ran smh

As a collector this app is unmatched. When it comes to comping cards at shows or at home quickest way to do so.
Had one day now and it’s not working
I have had the “card ladder app” less than one day and already the main function that I subscribe for is not working! Trying to take a photo of a card and am getting an error message. It roughly translates to “ not available try to pull down” Not a good start for $200!!!!!!
