Glad I read most recent reviews. It’s been 24 hours since I signed up and the app already crashed/error out after my first walk.
Looks like developers really need to address users’ concerns. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Lost years of medical data
Since my dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur, I had been tracking his heart rate on this app.
It has been a number of years now so a lot of data is on there and this new update forcing you to have an account has wiped out years of extremely important medical data relating to my pet’s heart issue.

I can’t even create an account
I wanted this to monitor my dog but for some reason it won’t let me create an account. I’ve tried making all sorts of passwords but they stay greyed out. I tried clicking on the terms and conditions and privacy policy but they either come up squashed in a box at the bottom of the screen and won’t scroll up or down. Or they take me to a French website where I’m blindly accepting terms and clicking I’m not a robot and I’m still stuck on having my ‘create account’ button greyed out. I give up. I’ve accepted things I don’t understand and you’ve got my name and email and I’ve got nothing except I’ll probably be bombarded with emails from lord knows where from now on. I was just going to keep track by making entries in my notes app but because the specialist recommended this I fell for it. Deleted!

All data lost!!!
So disappointed, no respect or care for our time.
Years of data disappeared
I tracked my dogs respiration for five years with this app and all of a sudden all of my data is gone and there’s no way to get it back. Terrible.
Deleted all data
Recent update deleted senior pets critical data history. New UX is clunky and overworked. Not worth the effort to setup knowing data retention can’t be trusted.

Updated app and completely deleted my account and all my dogs data. Are you serious!!!!!! Also you keep having to login. Put it back to the way it was there was no issues!
Deleted data and now a bad app
This app is used by both cat and dog owners and you’ve made it dog only, and without warning, when I needed to count my cat’s breaths in an emergency, I’m logged out, I have to sign up for a new account, make up a pretend dog and all of my cat’s old data is gone. Terrible.
Cannot trust this app
Lost 2 years worth of tracking for my old dog with heart disease.

Trying to create my first reminder, as it requires, and it just keeps saying ‘server error’

I’ve been recording my dogs breathing rate on here for years. Until I tried to log in and it claimed that I didn’t exist. I had to register again and I lost all my data.
Even now that I’m registered again it’s really glitchy, it’s asking me to log in every time and often rejects my passwords then rejects the reset password even though I copy and paste them from the reset email. By the time I’ve logged in my dog is up and moving or started dreaming and my opportunity for a good reading has passed. Please improve this. It’s dreadful and not user friendly at all.

Took a good app and made it worse
The app is a nightmare since they supposedly improved it. The graph is worse, it’s constantly logging me out and it deleted all of my data for the cardiologist. The app was superb before they decided to change it.
Deleted 6 years of data being tracked on my dog in CHF
It is so disappointing that this app updated and deleted all historical data saved. Users were forced to register for a new account. I have been using this app to check my dog’s heart rate since February 2020. This is data that are so clinically important for appropriate care of my dog in CHF. If given sufficient warning, I could have saved the data. Really disappointing.

Now it doesn’t work. CONSTANT ERRORS
Lost all my data
Used to like this app but the update messed everything up. When I first got this app, it did not make you create a password to log in. The update requires you to use a password to log in now so I’m unable to access all my previous data, meaning I now have to start from scratch. As my vet is using this data to monitor my dog’s health, this is absolutely ridiculous for all that information to be completely lost.

Can’t create account
App was revamped 1 day ago. All my data is gone. I tried to create a new acct cause I forgot my credentials and no matter what combination of letters, capital letters, numbers, or characters I use, the Create Account button remains dithered.
Deleted Data
Been using this app for years to track. Out of nowhere, all data deleted. No warning. Logged out and no prior history. Trash company.
What did you do?
Used to be easy and straightforward to use. Now with the update it’s full of bugs and constantly has a “server” error. Yikes.
Lost all data
I have been using this app religiously for just over a year for both my dogs with cardiac issues. Newest update logged me out, and refused to let me back in saying I don’t exist - when I signed back up using exactly the same login as before - lost all data that the vet will need in a few weeks time! Useless app! And vets used to suggest it, sort it out!! Very very disappointed in the new app, it’s hard to navigate, had to visualise the curve of any changes in the dogs breathing rate - awful update! Bring back the old one

Deleted prior information
So upset that the previous data for my dog has been deleted with the ‘total revamp’ of the app. I used this app when talking with his vet, now all his historic data is gone.
