Clunky.
This app is not easy to use and lacks so easy refinements such as your dogs picture on the page - easy to do but not available. Also when you go into the heart monitoring page why use the image of a ‘heart’ to represent a breath, why not not a cloud or a balloon or anything else but a heart which makes you think that you are monitoring heart rate rather than than breath rate!

Used to be a great app
This app used to have a function allowing data to be emailed to the cardiologist. Now it is extremely difficult to transfer the data.
Notes?
Where do the notes go? And, why can’t you add a note if you need to, or modify? What is the sense of notes?
Could be better
Been using this for years to monitor my dogs breathing rate. Would LOVE to be able to scroll on the graph to clearly see the dates and results.
Uhrzeit

Time zone problems
Very useful app for following dogs heart. However the app is showing wrong timezone. Dont know how to change this.
Great Heart Tracker, but
This pet Resting Breath Rate Tracker is simple and easy to use. Historically, the app ALLOWED ME TO EMAIL to Cardiologist directly & PRINT copy of all tracking data with notes. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED to coordinate with cardiologist and her entire veterinarian team (primary, ER, allergists, etc).
Now the app does not allow you to email more does it allow me to print. I literally have to do a screenshot of the tiniest print, 10 times to capture the full year for our annual cardiologist appointment and u have no options for providing this critical info if show up at the ER with injury, etc that may significantly impact her heart, etc.
While I understand this isn’t a paid app; I do believe the developer can commit to 3 or 4 days a year to ensure the functions CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ACTUALLY WORK, And since every Vet recommends this specific app, it deserves a one time a year update with tweaks that might support important medical advances improvements or even a $1 update charge if funds so tight you are unable to just maintain current capabilities which now no longer work. There are only a few options for pet owners, possibly disabled and non working who rely on this app several days a week, 365 days a year. I’d really appreciate this minimal cost and effort to the developer to ensure current functionality and would be open to critical (as in email to cardiac vet with notes, dates and RBR numbers; and industry critical info support as it relates to this specific purpose….cardiologists NEED X info to better use this info type updates). Even if a very small annual, if you choose to add updates. There are only other app options I don’t feel are as easy, or provide these basic options in a useful or free option. Until the average everyday person can afford the medical/for doctors apparatus that loops around tiny dog that does all the monitoring and delivery of medical data is available AND affordable…this is my only option to provide real time, daily or during critical illness scenarios. I’d really appreciate the minimum developer support to just maintain the current functions (email, printing) to be actual functioning/working items as in the beginning ….throughout its app use. Thank you for considering this.

How about other pets?
Asks for a dog's name but I use it for my cat. How about renaming it to "pet" or adding a dropdown for pet selection?
Useful but the landscape mode y axis is covered by dumb Apple camera
My dog Coco passed way. It was helpful but the center camera of iphone 15 pro max is annoying because it covers the y-axis chart data between 14-20 So i cannot see the breathing rate data for my dog

Don’t discriminate against cats!
1. My cat was diagnosed with chylothorax. Vet told me to use this app to monitor her breathing. Please let me specify that it’s a CAT, not a dog :)
2. My vet also told me to monitor the awake breaths, not just sleeping. Please let me specify waking vs sleeping. Because it’s an important distinction.
3. Please show me my comments in the chart. Could be just an icon that we can tap on to view the comment.
4. Don’t show us the splash screen every time we open the app. It unnecessary and annoying and slows us down, and the pet may not stay still that long.

Utilissima
Utilissima e semplicissima applicazione per monitorare la frequenza cardiaca del proprio cane.
Unreliable
App frozen data list at a crucial point in deterioration and treatment. Makes this app more of a handicap when you really need it.
Can you please make this cat friendly too?
My cat’s board certified veterinary cardiologist recommend this app but honestly it would be really nice if you could market it to both cat and dog parents. Their resting heart rate parameters are the same. There’s no reason to make cat owners believe they cannot trust this life saving app.
SCAM
This app said it was free but they took £79.99 from my account
Useful tool for our pup
Even though we’ve recently lost our pup to heart disease I’m super thankful we had this app to monitor our boy. This app did prolong our time w/ out mr dog, I’m super thankful.
Emailing
Can’t seem to get this to work. Is there any instructions I can check I’m not missing something.
Please add option to record comments on all readings
I think there should be an option to add comments to readings above 30 bpm not just for below.
Good utility, jenky UI
It works for what we need it for. Would love better options to navigate menus, remove the dog-centric branding (I use this for my cat), and better ways to export and analyze data.
