Cool Concept
Fun, except bugs
Eigentlich…
Game breaking bugs
These things are so easy to accidentally get, and if you ever close the game for any reason the run is lost and you get nothing from the journey, the other day this caused me to lose an almost 300 turn game.
The game has so much potential, but it’s so easy to ruin everything with absolutely nothing you can do about it, losing all rewards.
100% luck, 0% strategy
100% luck, 0% strategy
The concept has potential, but there needs to be some strategic basis for making decisions. A simple solution would be to reveal adjacent cards, with risk/reward for choosing more dangerous cards. Or indicate that certain goals are in certain directions. Anything to give me a reason to choose one direction over another.
Season 2 lowered the fun significantly
Mostly awesome, 1 major flaw
Much improved and hours of fun 😄
Love the concept - keep working on this 💚
Relaxing, exploratory, polished
Finally, some of the language support could be improved. Use full words to describe totally unknown acronyms, otherwise you force new players to constantly reference there stats having no idea what a buff did. “Instantly remove void” card an example of cards with very little description, I don’t even know what it does.
Possible bug
Great since update
The game is still very young and it looks like there a plans to add some exciting elements to the game. The bug fixes are a game changer as some were game breakers.
A great addition to the game may be to add a story of some sort. Also maybe an option to return home to your castle to “bank” your earned exp for a bonus.
Game feels slick - art style is incredibly engaging, although some cards feel like they’re a slightly different style to the majority of cards.
Overall would highly recommend
No health…too many monsters. Always dead

Thank you very much for giving Cardara! a shot! It takes some time to find the strategy that fits your play-style in Cardara! But don’t fret! Here are some basic advices to survive in Cardara! forests: 1) Try using Compass to navigate easier between cards and avoid dangers of Cardara! forests. If you ever have a bunch of 'bad' effects applied to you, you could just wear them off by walking on the cards you visited before. That would also make your Compass go off cooldown. This way you could precisely know where to move next! 2) Your health and attack grow both in-game and through the Store! Try to find the cards that give you temporary but valuable boost of attack and health! Even the card that hides your attack makes you stronger! ;) 3) Try surviving longer by obtaining more defensive stats (like lifesteal or damage reduction)—they will increase the overall duration of your journey so you could earn as many gems as possible! Hope to see you again in the forests of Cardara!
Tolles Spiel
Pretty good!
Since it’s still very new it’s bound to have a few bugs but nothing game breaking.
For example:
I noticed that sometimes my Journey Earnings were higher than my Total Balance, so I got less than I earned.
A card that should remove all debuffs didn’t remove the movement restriction.
A card that should replace active effects only removes them.
Setting music and sound effects to 0% doesn’t disable the Death Screen currency count sound effect.
In the end, those are minor and probably won’t be there for long.
You should give it a try!
This is a bad game, don’t waste your time
Then the game design is horrendously balanced, and it’s buggy as all hell. Don’t buy it, this is a scam.
Beautiful, enjoyable, buggy
Many of the effects are broken. The ones that give you + or - depending on a direction don’t proc sometimes, but most often seem to proc in the opposite direction.
Hourglass of duplicity on a vampiric mask? I never went above 20% steal despite hitting the mark five times in a row.
These were the issues in my last run only. They’re near constant.
Game could use a lot more testing, but it’s a good looking thing and enjoyable nonetheless.

Thank you very much for your review! We do really appreciate it! We see that you played 1.0. There is a new 1.1 release which fixes many of issues with some effects, as well as provides better balance and smoother progression! Please check it out. Another note is, different effects stack differently. For example, Vampiric Mask you mentioned stacks by increasing its duration when picked up again (you could see that its duration grows in logs and in effects menu). We apologize for the confusion and for the fact that we didn’t explain this inside the game. We will think of a solution for this to make sure we let adventurers know how effect stacking work. We are so grateful for your insightful review and we are already working on solutions to the problems you mentioned. Stay tuned! Cardara!!!
Lack of agency
Response from developer
Thank you very much for trying Cardara! out! We continuously work on improving the game balance and introducing more exciting mechanics. Sadly, we cannot agree with you that the game is entirely luck driven. It takes some time to get used to Cardara! forests and find your own survival strategy there. If you ever make it to 100+ or 200+ turns, let us know via e-mail support@vrl.mn or Twitter @verlomna, we're very curious.
No strategic element or game design
The cards seem to be random Midjourney pictures, the stats are random and the gameplay is bland. There is no real difference between the cards and it makes zero difference in which direction you swipe. At the end of the day it’s just a repetitive game of swiping where some cards give you positive perks, some give you negative ones.
Devs, please learn from other CCD-s where there is a real element of strategy.
