I’ve used this a couple of times and unfortunately this last time bought a card that was supposed to have a $60 face value in fact only had six dollars on it. Will update soon once I get a response from this company.

I have been waiting several days now for a virtual card masters card trade from a sale on your site. I keep checking the order status I get an under review message and I have emailed support with no response.
Gift Card Doesn’t Work, No Refund
Bought a gift card from this app, but it did NOT work at checkout. Customer service refused to refund and kept hiding behind their “no return policy,” even after I provided video proof.
This is not a return issue — it’s a defective product.

Great Service
I’m not sure why all the bad reviews. I sold a card yesterday around 4:30 Pm and got the funds via prepaid master card. Very fast service compared to other places. This is the only one that I trusted. The other card places are sketchy and have very bad reviews of them taking the money when you upload card. The customer service is great also. You have access to a phone number and email for support. Highly recommend.

False advertising can’t even sell cards on the app cause then they would have to pay you when the transaction doesn’t work. (Have to sell online)Trash unless you live in iran and somehow get access, or some place with higher rates, for well money. Do give them your information.

Not sure why there's so many negative reviews everything works great and as they say. However I've only used the website version and a lot of the problems from the reviews seem to come from using the app so maybe stick to the website if you're worried 🤷♂️

Fraud/Scam
(EVERYONE REPORT THIS APP FOR SCAMMING ) I wanted to sell my gift card to them I ended up using the gift after telling them I didn’t want to sell it anymore the moment you submit your gift card card number and pin it’s over with they eventually take your balance with out even paying you long story short the gift card I wanted to sell was a Best Buy card worth $100 bucks I used some of it with remaining balance of $86 I tried buying a Christmas gift this morning just to find out my card was on $0 and before they took out all my money there were $86 dollars to spend I just want to let the people know that this app is nothing but a scam and should be taken down do your research when trying to sell your gift cards go on safari and search up the best gift card selling websites this one will show up as the worst one with a lot of people reporting scams .

Fraud gift cards
Purchase a gift card with them for royal Caribbean. When I tried to redeem it, they said it had no cash value. I messaged card cash and they said there’s nothing that can do all purchases are final. Now I have to dispute with my credit card.
Horrible customer service
Bought a few gift cards from them. 3 worked fine. 1 did not. Messaged customer service. They first blamed me. They then refused to help me. I spent hours dealing with this problem. Eventually, the customer service rep realized they sent me an incomplete code. No apology from the rep. Obviously, this isn’t trustworthy.

The app is completely worthless!!! I can log in just fine on a browser but for what ever reason I am completely unable to do so on this terrible app! I have tried deleting and reinstalling but same exact issue. I have decided to go with a different company all together. I do not recommend this company nor this app.

You can add all your info but once u get passed that and need to enter your number again for verification. It will give u a big list of numbers that aren’t yours and won’t allow you to add your number manually. So basically u can’t verify your number because you don’t even know who’s number it is .
