They will manipulate you to buy the premium and after paying they wont give you leads
2 weeks ago one of the employees from Cardekho called me and forced me to buy the premium membership. They will tell you that your car will be sold within 2 weeks of you buying out the membership. And they promise you that if your vehicle doesn't get sold within two weeks they will initiate the refund. After buying premium membership they employee numbers will be switch off. They gave me two leads and that leads aren't responding. If I call to customer care they aren't responding. The person who forced me to buy the membership isn't responding. Totally they will ignore you after buying the premium membership. If you give a complain through mail and ask them refund. They will reply by saying their is no refund in our policy. They will scam you and cardekho is total scam. I'm requesting everyone not to buy the premium membership in cardekho.

I sold my car (HR26BW7459 – Honda City) to CarDekho over 2.5 YEARS ago — yet the car is still registered in my name.
And guess what? I am still receiving traffic challans for a car I no longer own. That’s right — someone else is driving the vehicle, breaking laws, and I AM BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
Despite over a year of follow-ups, endless calls, emails, and fake promises of “we’re working on it,” CarDekho has done absolutely nothing to fix this.
This is criminal negligence — a clear case of failure to transfer ownership, risking legal action, financial penalty, and harassment to a former owner who trusted their platform.
✅ To all future sellers: BEWARE before using CarDekho.
❌ They don’t follow through.
❌ They don’t take responsibility.
❌ They ignore your rights.
If this issue isn’t resolved IMMEDIATELY, I will be pursuing legal action, including filing a complaint with RTO, consumer court, and publicly reporting this across all platforms.
This is not just poor service — this is a gross violation of consumer safety and accountability.

This is not acceptable!!!!
Every time I saw a car for information purpose or anything they give my number to the dealer without my permission and they reclessly call me for the car…why tf I want them to call me If I am willing to buy one I will call them myself…This is a shame where is my privacy? It happened to me 5-10 times Now I deleted the app..I am only using this app bcz I am car enthusiast…but they turned this experience irritating…
