I placed an order for a Michael Kors Marilyn bag on June 26th, which came with a guaranteed delivery date of June 30th. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but their customer support went completely dark and refused to give proper updates for weeks.
On July 10th, an agent called me with a bizarre geopolitical excuse, claiming they couldn't source the bag from the US due to a "UK-Iran war issue." They told me they could only fulfill the order from Singapore if I paid an additional ₹3,948. When I objected—rightfully stating they should honor the advertised discount price—the agent coaxed me into paying the extra fee by promising a ₹5,000 gift voucher for the extreme delay, plus a 10-15% discount on my next order.
The bag finally arrived today, weeks late. When I contacted customer care to claim the promised ₹5,000 voucher, they flatly denied it, claiming the "alternative order was delivered on time" (it wasn't!) and tried to insult me with a measly 5% coupon instead.

Absolute scam and zero customer support
This app is an absolute scam and engages in highly fraudulent practices. I ordered a Coach bag worth ₹18,000, which arrived with a scratch on the leather. When I immediately opened the app to initiate a return under their 3-day policy, the app had fraudulently backdated my delivery status to exactly 3 days prior, locking me out of the return option.
I have clear, undeniable proof—including WhatsApp messages, delivery partner updates, and emails—confirming the actual date of delivery. When I contacted customer care, they dismissed it as a "technical glitch" but refused to honor the return.
They dragged this issue out for a month and a half, putting me on hold and repeatedly promising a resolution within "48 to 72 hours." Now, they have completely stopped replying to my messages. After speaking with friends and colleagues, I realized this is a widespread pattern of deceit and that many others have been scammed by this application in the exact same way.
I have saved all documentation, delivery receipts, and customer service chat transcripts. I am officially filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and initiating legal action/a lawsuit against them. Save your money and stay far away from this fraud app.

I don’t have an option to give 0 start otherwise I’ll be doing that. I placed my order after seeing that they came on sharktank without reading about them on reddit or gathering reviews, this was my mistake my biggest online shopping mistake . I placed an order for shoes on 14 feb 2026 they showed expected delivery date of 24 feb , soon the delivery date passed more days passed and today its 29 march and I haven’t got any update from them whenever I try to contact them they give me an tracking link in which information is not updated since 17 of feb tried reaching the owner Devansh , he replied on instagram but gave the exact same reason everytime due to high customer orders we are experiencing some delays still no update from them . And Its been a month since I reached Devansh he told me they will fix this asap for me and still it isn’t fixed . Its more than 1.5 months since I placed my order . Now I feel my money has gone neither I’ll get my shoes nor I’ll get my money back. Guys don’t come under the influence of attractive places Its a big scam . They are just looting people like you and me never in your life think of buying anything from them never .
