Worst experience and Customer Service
Trying to reach them from past 10 days no resolution from them. App is unresponsive worst user experience. Customer service team is like a dead end no help nothing.

Fraud Application
I have placed an order on 23rd November. On the app it says it has reached the location on 25th of November. It is 1st December today and I am yet to receive the order. The delivery date was 27th. It was for a wedding outfit and I was left with no choice but to buy something from a different Store. They ask a time slot for callback and do not call. Plus their delivery partners hold the courier and meanwhile if you want to cancel it the application customer says - “there was an error processing your selection. Please try again”. There is no way you can get your money back or even the outfit you paid for. Both are stuck for indefinite period and customer service is terrible.

Bad customer sevice
The products are really good but the after sales service is absolutely pathetic. Company should do something about it else it will take the whole company down with it. No proper resolution of issues, multiple follow ups, half baked chatbot which spits out scripted stuff. Very difficult to get in touch with customer support for any general issue. You must have some order with the exact issue that the chatbot expects one to have. They charge you a return fee even when the product is defective. Exchanging takes days and no proper way to track it on the app. Their dumb chatbot spits the same msg if try to get help from it. What a shame !!

Extremely disappointing customer service
They have marked my product as delivered when I did not receive it. And even after complaining so many times, there has been no action from their end! Very disappointing after sales service! I did not expect this from Snitch. I am a new customer. This was my 3rd product that I ordered. But after the service I have seen from you guys, I don’t see myself being a customer of Snitch in future. And nor will I recommend this Brand to any of my friends or family. I really hope you atleast sort out my issue after writing so much. Because I haven’t received a single mail or message from the Snitch of whether they will be replacing my product or give me a refund or till when would this be resolved.
