Cardetta: Exam Flashcards

Cardetta is a flashcard app for the fortnight before the exam. It takes the deck you already have, schedules it properly, and never changes a word of what you wrote. IMPORT WHAT YOU ALREADY MADE Anki .apkg files open straight from Files, Mail or the share sheet — with their images, audio, cloze deletions and text formatting. CSV and TSV files import too, and so does text pasted straight in as term, tab, definition. The import happens on the phone; nothing is sent anywhere to parse it. FSRS DECIDES WHEN EACH CARD COMES BACK Grade an answer Again, Hard, Good or Easy and FSRS, the modern spaced-repetition algorithm, sets the next date. Tap the (i) on any card in Study and "Why this card, today" tells you in plain English: how long it has been, how well the card is holding, what it judged on. EXAM MODE Put a date on a deck. Cardetta front-loads the new cards so every one is introduced with the last fifth of your time left free for review, and pulls forward anything scheduled after the exam. The deck screen shows cards you have not yet seen against days remaining, so you know whether you are on track or short. YOUR CARDS STAY YOURS Write in rich text, add photographs, record audio, write cloze deletions. Nothing the app does ever edits card content. Export any deck as an .apkg or a CSV in one tap — the .apkg goes back into Anki, and back into Cardetta with the same card count and no duplicates. WIDGETS Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show what is due today, and a tap opens the deck. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER There is nothing to sign up for. Your decks live on your iPhone and sync between your own devices through your private iCloud; pictures and recordings stay on the iPhone that holds them. Mirentha has no server and no analytics, and cannot see your cards. Cardetta needs iOS 26 or later. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Anki or Ankitects Pty Ltd; it reads and writes the .apkg file format for compatibility. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Free for one deck and fifty cards, so you can import a real deck and revise from it before deciding. Cardetta Unlimited removes both limits: • Monthly — 1 month, £2.99 a month • Yearly — 1 year, £19.99 a year Each starts with a free week for new subscribers. Payment is taken by your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel in your App Store settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Stop, and nothing is deleted or hidden. Terms of use: https://mirentha.com/apps/cardetta/terms/ Privacy policy: https://mirentha.com/apps/cardetta/privacy/
