Not convenient to use at all.
Very bad design. Keeps login you out, dose not open the lecture document easily and trying to open any pdf file for the modules is a pain further it dose not allow smooth download of documents to compensate for the bad preview of the document, the timetable is ok but could be better,
Where’s the Online ID card gone?
I used to access my online Student ID card using this app. I would use it to get free entrance to galleries and museums when I was on hols or like discounts in boutiques. But where has this feature gone… very annoying

Unusable
Every time after i log on, there’s just a blank blue screen that i can’t do anything with. How am i supposed to use this app?

Shocking
Gets on the app, signs in and now I’m stuck on a blue screen. For a UNIVERSITY app, I expect a lot more, less glitches etc
New Look App
Love the new look. So much easier to use and the timetable looks a lot better. Like the easy link for my Covid testing too.
Timetable
Timetable just disappears and doesn’t come back so I have to redownload the app. Cardiff university fix it up please

Love the fact that the uni actually has an app. The laundry feature is great! Timetable feature is good as well, I feel the previous issue regarding the timetable feature has been fixed. Still new to it however so need to give it more time. But so far so good.
Awful
Really terrible app. Have to delete it every time I want to view my timetable, it doesn’t contain SIMS, and makes me log in every time I go onto learning central. Really terrible.
Timetable glitches
It’s so annoying to have to keep deleting and redownloading the app because the timetable just disappears when it fancies it and never comes back. Happens randomly when trying to find out where my next class is and has made me late several times now. Plzzzzz fix it
Timetable failing to load.
Every few days I’m having to delete the app and download it again so that my timetable will load. It’s the only thing I need the app for and it doesn’t work!
Timetable keeps disappearing
I have to constantly keep deleting redownloading the app to see my timetable as it just vanishes for no reason after every few logins. It just shows a white page.

Poor layout. Link to webpages not app content, with sign in required (clunky). Poorly prioritised info. Laundry as key info?
