The app is so horrible it’s ruining my relationship with this bank
I haven’t been able to log on to see my account fund in a week, the app kept asking if I was human and refused to let me see anything and now I’ve been logged out and cannot get the TEXT or EMAIL to recover my username, it won’t send AT ALL. I haven’t been able to see what’s in my account for a week and now with payday around the corner I haven’t no idea what’s going on with my account because this app simple won’t give me any information.

Not sure what happened to the App
I’ve loved this app since I first downloaded it a long time ago! Always been very helpful. As of the last week-ish, it’s requested I verify I’m human as soon as I open the app, which is fine, but it never confirms the verification, and I get stuck in a loop of verifying myself..however, when I open safari and go on the actual website, it verifies me the first time and lets me sign into my account. I’m not sure if it’s a bug with the app specifically or what, but hopefully this gets fixed soon. It kinda defeats the purpose of the app if I still have to go to the website to view my account and transfer funds.

Cardinal Mobile Banking is convenient and fairly easy to use. It’s nice to have your information online right away and at anytime of the day.
Bill pay
Yes, the app does have bill pay for your credit cards utility bills stuff like that but if you actually have a loan for your home auto recreational vehicle through Cardinal banking you cannot pay it. There’s no way to pay your loan through the Cardinal banking app. You either physically have to call them or you have to email the loan department And tell them it’s good for them to withdraw the money it by far is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen in my life and at no point shouldn’t even have been an option. You should be able to click on your loan and hit pay bill through the mobile app and be done. It should be that simple but it’s not, love the banking here, but that is by far the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen

Crashes constantly
The App kept crashing on my old iPhone. I got a new iPhone and the same thing keeps happening. I tap the app and the graphics are all scrunched and the app doesn’t respond. I have to delete the app and download again. Please fix this issue!!!!
Was great until
The last update removed the transfer option from the app. You can no longer transfer money from saving to checking or to a loan payment. Please fix this option. It’s the easiest way to make loan payments.
The worst app ever
This is literally the worst app in this App Store. The bank is the worst bank anyone can bank with. Stay away from this bank. Everyone at the bank is rude. I’ll be closing my accounts.
I love it
First of all only downside is you gotta go to the bank to get your info all set up. But once you get it all set up its very easy to get into. Its secure when I had a android it wouldn’t let me screenshot which is a good thing and a bad thing i guess... but it was good because of security reasons. All of my other friends that have different banks say that their apps crash or are “under maintenance” while this banking app isn’t. I can easily transfer money into my savings or checking. It will tell me how much I spend where ever I went. I can take a picture of my receipt and attach it to my deposits (from stores or where ever). I really enjoy it. I love seeing exactly whats going on with my money. And its helped me in situations to prove businesses wrong when they have double charged me. Highly recommend to use this app if you have a account with this bank!

Ap doesn't work
Since day one this ap has been problematic with paying bills. Biggest issue is that when paying bills you can't see account numbers. So I have a second mortgage with my bank. Payment kept getting swapped with primary mortgage which causes bills to be late. Now anytime I try to pay a bill it says system unavailable. I am going to switch to Huntington bank because this is how I pay my bills and cardinals ap is just worthless.

It use to work fine..
The app won't let me access my accounts. I have to login to the website to do so. It's very annoying. It's been happening for about a month now
