This app is buggy and makes the already slow website feel “comfortable”
Apple pay and Paypal just refuse to work on every device i download this app. The website is constantly slow on wifi, ethernet, and 5G hotspot, but at least the paypal works… but i must say this store always has a good selection, which would only matter if you were able to buy the releases fast enough, because they always sell out, i’ve yet to be able to make a purchase because as i said, shortcuts like apple pay and paypal simply don’t work on the phone, and the website is too slow, when i try to use paypal and apple pay they constantly bring up odd error messages which frankly i have no idea what provokes them, but they simply handicap the entire experience of this, mostly, smooth-running app.

Don’t be fooled, these idiots are very incompetent when it comes to customer service! They DO NOT HELP YOU! I received a wrong record and they refuse to refund me FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

Amazing Company
Absolutely love this company. Bought a few records from them when they launched their online store after seeing it on TikTok. The app itself is so well designed and easy to quickly add items to your cart and check out. I received a record with a ripped cover and after reaching out and sending a few photos they quickly put in a replacement order from me. Never a bad experience with the company and the app is very handy.
