Payment
You must link your bank account to the card. You can not have your bank send a payment or mail in a payment. Very limited options.

Buggy, mostly just creates more hoops to jump through to do what you want.

After the initial setup, which might take a few minutes, it really facilitates future payments, helping to avoid all those annoying hoops and hurdles we have to do these days for security reasons.

lol I see that many people have this issue in the reviews and still hasn’t been solved. Trying to create an account and everytime I put in the code that was sent to my phone number it states “something went wrong, please try again”

Horrible customer service and product experience
After using the card for more than a week my account was frozen as they declined a transaction at PriceMart in Central America, where I had been using the card for two weeks already. When I called I was offered no explanation, the associate refused to call a supervisor, and told me he didn’t care to escalate. Horrible experience and trash customer service. Stay away.

Does Not Work
After 1.5 months with BILT 2.0 serviced by Cardless, I still cannot log in through this app. Constantly receive - couldn’t load information. Please try again. I’ll update this if/when this issue gets resolved.

I’m very satisfied with the app. It was simple to use and made it easy for me to pay on time.
Bonus tracker stuck
I recently signed up for the Qatar airways visa infinite credit card. Signup bonus is 6k spend in 90 days for total of 100k points. My bonus tracker is stuck on 5810 dollars. No matter how much I spend it doesn’t move. I called Cardless three times. Always telling me we escalated the issue and working on it. My 90 days is about to end in a week no solution in sight. I am pretty sure they will say o sorry you didn’t meet the spend requirement after 90 days. I think cardless on some shady business practices. I am about to report them to FTC and business bureau.

I can’t even sign up.
When it asks for my security code sent to my mobile phone, I put it in and it says error. Ive retried 4 times. First two times manually typed the code text to me, last two times let my iPhone auto enter it after tapping the pop up code once received. It still says “something went wrong, please try again”. How does it have 5 stars? I have the latest version of apple software, so it’s all up to date, my app is updated. I quit and hard closed the app after the first two times for a reset and still I keep getting that message. Great concept however, the app doesn’t even work. And yes I do have an iPhone 16 pro max. There should be no reason for it not to work.

Lack of options and settings
The app is ok to pay bills and see your last transactions but it lacks more features such as downloading previous statements, check your points, etc
Phone Number Error
I am unable to create my account for Bilt because it requires my phone number. It displays an error when writing my phone number and does not let me through. When that is fixed, I will be happy to increase my rating.
Misleading terms
Important information for those who want this card for the benefits with LATAM.
I acquire this card a little under a year ago because my main travel spot is in Perú and LATAM flies directly over there.
I’ve been accruing enough points to pay for a round trip and finally decided to book something. To my surprise when I tried to do the booking on the LATAM app; my card kept getting declined. I reached out to both LATAM and Cardless and got no definitive answer or help, they apologized and said the other end was the issue. So I was not able to book my flight and earn the promised extra miles to book with the Cardless card.
I asked when booking with an alternative card if I was going to be able to still use my card benefits since it is a LATAM flight ether way, they said yes.
However I just tried to use my courtesy segments and to my surprise IT DOES NOT MEAN you get a free upgrade as it is insinuated as apart of the benefits; all you get is a pass to bid on an upgrade; meaning you have to pay.
I find this information to absolutely misleading to the customers and disgusting scamming practices; the information is not clear as to the limitation on the benefits.
Is yet to be seeing if I can actually have access to the lounges as it was promised too when I signed up for this CC.
I will be filling a report complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission;
As well as DOT for Latam.
In summary; don’t get this card, is useless and there are better options to fly to Latin America and other CC that offer more and honest benefits.
I also have the American Airlines CC and delta Amex and they’re very honest with what they offer and the customer service is much better and reachable.
Specifically for Perú, delta has flights and they use LATAM
Planes so is the same but you have the delta backup.

I tried numerous times to contact you cordless about my account. I've entered a debt management program and you refuse to acknowledge the company trying to get in touch with you. We've been making regular payments yet. You're refusing to speak with anybody even myself. Difficult even though I wanna pay once I get the card paid off I will never deal with this company again.
