Hard to use

It is hard to use, does not allow for contacting customer service, connecting your bฤƒnci account is not properly done (says the account is connected, but payments fail, saying it does not recognize the account)

Horrible Customer Service

App keeps on crashing on my IPhone XR done all of the troubleshooting nothing fixes it, I try calling them good luck getting ahold of their X1 department through Robinhood. Nobody can schedule a payment over the phone or anything you can only make payments through this app. I explain it doesnโ€™t work and these useful people on customer service tell me oh Iโ€™ll be reached out through email. Still not resolved days later.
