Scan limit
I paid for the yearly subscription and reached the end of being able to scan cards. Wasted $40 on the app. I would not recommend. I haven’t scanned a card in over a month and it still won’t let me scan anymore. Would be nice if they told you there was a limit on how many cards someone can scan.

Every single card scanner ever
I don’t get why nobody makes an app free to use it’s so stupid
Issues today when I haven’t yet even scanned in a single card.
Today, I went to scan in my 1st card of the day, and an error code kept coming up saying I’ve already reached my daily limit? Well that’s absolutely impossible because I haven’t scanned in a single card whatsoever today. I need help fixing this issue but the developer leaves absolutely NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM TO FIX ANY ISSUE AT ALL??? So what can anyone do when faced with an issue such as this? PLEASE FIX MY PLATFORM IMMEDIATELY OR ILL SIMPLY CHANGE TO ANOTHER APP WHERE PROBLEMS LIKE THIS DO NOT HAPPEN.

Not good for valuation
Only good for keeping a list. Rates new, never touched, perfectly centered cards all as 7s. Over-values cards with severe damage.
Coerced subscription
In order to scan & determine the value of more than one card, this app requires you to have a paid subscription. App removed.

Petty cool I aint payin just to scan cards! My last resort is to find the prices on eBay
Same grade every card
Scanned 149 baseball cards every single card got an 8 for a grade and every single card got the exact same grade in every individual category. This is not possible! I could have just taken pictures of all my cards stored them in my photos and guessed on the grades. What a joke! Oh and there is no help, no email, or anyone to chat with. Buyer beware!!

This app is terrible.
I scanned a 9 of 10 autographed Joe Burrow card. The app told me $26 dollars no went online and it was way off. I talked to the AI chat and it asked for the card info. I gave the info and it said the card was worth $1,500-$2,500. How can the AI chat have that much of a difference than the app.
I also scanned a the same card multiple times and got different amount within 20 seconds of each other. I

EDITED- They asked me to edit my review so I will…. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. This new version is titled THIS APP IS TRASH. I scanned 30 cards, all of them were an 8. I even scanned a PSA Gem mint 10 that came back an 8. Then I tested it with an old beat up card and guess what…. It was an 8! I want a refund for this garbage

Poor AI Scanner
I uploaded 25 cards all at once and had them graded with the AI scanner. Each card grades the exact same. The scanner categorizes different scores for different key points, and all 25 cards had the same overall score as well as the same individual scores for each key point. Highly unlikely to be true.

App charged me 45.00 dollars and won’t load or work want a refund ant even had the app a week only got to scan two cards and hasn’t load d past the load screen since
System errors
The app has been very glitchy with system errors. I have the paid version and have been very disappointed
Not accurate - Not trustworthy
The app doesn't work half the time. It will open and freeze on the home screen. I also do not feel the app provided legitimate pricing.
Not loading
I was at a card show and pulled up the app but it’s not loading. It’s showing the load bar fill up but nothing is coming up. I deleted and reinstalled but that didn’t help. I reached out to customer support but no response. Pretty aggravating especially when you’ve paid for a full year of service.
