Horrible Customer Service
Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sabotage your eBay listings by leaving out highly searched terms from the title, have glitches causing your vault items are unavailable to withdraw or list, and then take days to respond with gaslighting garbage. Stay far away from this company.

Inaccuracies
Just sad that they cannot produce a decent app. I’ve been unable to track payments correctly through it for several months now. Combine that with their high fees and I either have to list my cards extremely high and pray or use fanatics collect instead.
Customer service is bad
I submitted a card, it came back altered and they never gave a reason why despite the fact it was supposed to be included in my purchase. Zero information was provided to me even though I purchased the top grading tier. They were also slower in the turnaround than promised.
