Annoying review solicitation
Very annoying that you keep popping a review request up after every single card I list. Closed it the first couple times but it keeps popping up and now you get a bad review for it.

Items locked in Vault
Once you send a card to the "Vault" if you list it on eBay using PSA's service- then decide to cancel, it gets stuck! You can't relist it or do anything!
The app
The app is terrible has lots of glitches. Also it’s very unforgiving. I posted a card that I wanted to start the bid at $99.99. I accidentally fat fingered and it wouldn’t allow me to cancel the ad. Also I have several cards that won’t let me post on eBay. App needs a lot of work and PSA needs a better way to get ahold of them.

Good but takes forever!!!
Sent my things in February still waiting on them, just says assembly kind of crazy if it’s already done and all you have to do is assemble it i have 5 high value cards doing nothing but sitting there

It was good overall all if you don’t know the value of your card. I would certainly get this.But the reason it didn’t get 5 because there’s not much on the app.There just scanning and going to the psa shop. But Overall it was really good.

Very straightforward way to get your card value
PSA offers an amazing way to catalog your collection, and give you an idea of what your cards are worth. The grading is expensive, but I do understand the huge amount of volume of cards and manpower that goes into that.
Stole my card
Took many pics of videos of the cards before sending and get completely different cards sent back. Assuming they kept mine and gave me more beat up ones to make a profit. Absolute crooks
Horrible service
Damaged a card, lost another card and blamed it on the carrier even know my other cards were in the submission. Vintage card grading is completely rigged. I have PSA 8’s that should be 9’s or 10’s. Market manipulation.
