Inaccuracies

Just sad that they cannot produce a decent app. I’ve been unable to track payments correctly through it for several months now. Combine that with their high fees and I either have to list my cards extremely high and pray or use fanatics collect instead.

Customer service is bad

I submitted a card, it came back altered and they never gave a reason why despite the fact it was supposed to be included in my purchase. Zero information was provided to me even though I purchased the top grading tier. They were also slower in the turnaround than promised.

The app works fine but their customer service is nonexistent - all AI.

⭐ 1/5

PSA’s service has become completely unacceptable. Customers pay upfront based on an advertised turnaround time, only for PSA to change that estimate after receiving and holding their cards. Regular grading is now quoted at an outrageous 70–80 business days, with Dual Service taking 80–90 business days—and those are only “estimates.”

Blaming a backlog or “increased volume” is not a valid excuse when PSA continues accepting new submissions and collecting payment. If the company cannot handle the volume, it should stop taking additional orders or honor the turnaround time customers were promised. Instead, customers are left without their valuable cards for months, given vague updates, and expected to simply accept the delay.

For a company that presents itself as the industry leader, this level of planning, transparency, and customer service is embarrassing. PSA charges premium prices while delivering painfully slow and unreliable service. I have completely lost confidence in this company and would strongly recommend using another grading service.

Inconsistent

PSA has elected to time and time again display a lack of consistency for their buyers and those who trust them with their cards. PSA will change the times on your submission to substantially longer terms then originally agreed and provide no compensation or reason as to why. They also have an app interface that limits customers from actually speaking to anyone who wants to be helpful with customer service issues. Hobby needs a new pioneer in card grading and it’s not PSA

Grades came late

Ordered express and did not get express.

Was great, now very good

The filter button in Offers no longer filters, no matter what you filter by. This used to work, but now is broken.

The sort by expiration date in Offers was removed, but this was extremely helpful for identifying PowerPacks offers, which expire in 7 days.

It would be great to be able to sort by PSA or Cardladder estimate in Collection.

When navigating the offers, it takes a long time for the next 50 offers to load. After you scroll down to the next 50, and click one, it often brings you back to the first 50 instead of keeping you where you were. Which then goes through the same delay. If adding pages isn’t possible, it would be good to select a default loading number >50 cards.

Great fast review

Turnaround time disappointment

PSA Grading Review

I’ve been enjoying grading with PSA for a few years now and have always appreciated the overall service and experience. This time, however, I paid for an upgraded grading service specifically for the faster turnaround and convenience, and my order went more than 10 business days beyond the expected timeframe.

I will say that once I reached out by email, PSA responded very quickly, which I really appreciated. Within a day of contacting them, my card was fully graded and ready to be shipped.

Overall, I’m still happy with PSA’s service and customer support. My only real issue was the turnaround time, especially since I paid extra for an upgraded service based on the promised timeframe. Hopefully, this was just an isolated delay.
