This app has gone down hill severely
I never leave reviews but this app made me want to throw my phone in anger. It used to be half decent but after now it’s not even that. It’s just flat out bad. The UI is clunky, the app glitches out and refuses to open regularly, and they removed the balance button. That last part is what makes me mad. For the MANY years I’ve used this app it had a button to check your balance. They took that away a while ago for no reason and made the app borderline unusable. What made me write this review is what happened today. I received money via Venmo to get something for a friend. I got the push notification saying $17.69 was added to my account. The total was $17.20. My card declined 3 times. That isn’t the apps fault, however that never would have happened if they HAD A BALANCE BUTTON!!! If you like actually knowing how much money you have don’t get this app. I hope whoever decided to remove the balance button gets removed from the team because that is quite possibly the stupidest decision I’ve seen a BANK APP make. I’m genuinely considering changing banks just so I never have to use this app again because what bank app doesn’t let you see your balance!?!? This one apparently.

Can’t view balance
I used to love this app because it was super simple and easy to use. Much easier than using the app that’s run with my bank. Unfortunately, about two or so weeks ago the app suddenly stopped showing my balance. No glitch or anything, the option to view balance is just completely gone.
Not the best banking app
I’ve had this app for quite a while and it doesn’t have a lot of features, it’s really simple but that was ok until now that I’ve been trying to check my balance which I usually use it for that and it doesn’t have that option anymore.
No direct support
The app has stopped my card after a purchase. Couldn’t use it. The bank said card valet locked it. No way to contact card valet. Another instance, Tried to enter a new card and made a mistake on the security code, no way to correct. Had to delete app and start over. Bank always says to contact card valet. Good while it works..

Hasn’t opened and loaded in since Initially putting card on the app
I put my bank card in the app when I first installed it. Tried to get in the app a second time and it never opened back up again. It stayed on the loading screen well over 30 minutes unchanging.

No place to pay?
There is no option or a way to pay your credit card. Kinda frustrating

Crashing
Constantly crashes, unable to sign in and turn card on or off. Freezes frequently and can take hours to start working again.
Yuck
I experienced nothing but trouble after I downloaded this app. I deleted it, but still continued to have trouble because of it.
Extraordinarily poor design
This app feels like it was designed by a high school kid for their first app design homework assignment. Features are missing with no way to add a payment account. The UI is atrocious and looks like it was designed for the iPhone 6 and never updated for any device with the notch or Dynamic Island. Thumbing through the settings via the hamburger menu in the top right opens a new page each time and if you want to go back it’ll make you hit the back button a million times as you slowly make your way through every single previous page. Why in the works did my bank opt for this horrid app?

If you regularly buy items at Amazon or use Apple Pay forget this app - unsubscribing is its own adventure - it’s been nothing but a headache - never again
Always locks up.
After several frustrating attempts the app finally let me log on to the app to turn on my ATM card. After the transaction it won’t let me log back in to turn it back off. This happens every time I try to use. This app lately. I’m not feeling very secure using the app any more.
Freezes
7/12/25 Constantly freezes. Turned the phone off then back on app still will not open. Deleted the app & redownload it all still will not open. Still getting notifications but can’t open the app to review. Thank goodness I’m not in a situation where I need to turn my card off or on. Please fix asap

Won’t process
Most of the time when I try to turn my card on it just sits at processing, then when I try to log back into the app a while later it will not even give the option to log in or new user. This time I was able to get a card turned on but, now I can’t log in to turn it back off because the app won’t load.
