Resetting password

App requires resetting my password every quarter. Requires instruction. Had to call my CU to talk me through steps for FORGOT PASSWORD. Requirements for password didn’t work MULTIPLE TRIES. Please debug and simplify this process, and stop quarterly reset requirements
