The app frequently logs you out for no reason. Last week the medication tracker just stopped working 🙃

These people are so rude
Why pay $250+ for a service that is not immediate. I’ve had quicker service calling and booking my appts at a busy walk in. Let alone the nurses seem very judgmental.
Lots of paperwork to find out they charge you $$
No one reachable by phone, tell you to install the app. Fine.

Excellent app
Very good and advanced app. Efficient and all in one for everything from medical records to prescriptions. The doctors and nurses are very helpful and very well trained

The service is wonderful. I love the summary page as I usually have to fill out my family history and it’s so easy to have it all in one place.
Only change is that the app will show I have a notification for weeks after I have received my results and looked at them. I have gone through every page multiple times on the app but the notification doesn’t go away.
Other than that keep up the great work!!

Convenient and attentive
I have been using their services for a few months, and getting an appointment at the clinic to see the NP is always so prompt. The staff is very kind and attentive and the NP is warm and personable.
I think this is a great initiative and service to get care. To me, they’ve been a God-sent!

You will see a nurse not a doctor
MD means medical doctor. For the $100 (not covered by OHIP) you will pay for a home visit, on top of the monthly $20, you will see a nurse practitioner(NP). The name of the company is very misleading.
Seems sketchy to me
On the app you need to give all your personal info including charge card before you even find out where the place is. Why is there a fee no explanation. How often are you charged no information. Seems sketchy to me beware
Wonderful app!
My wife and I have been extremely happy with our experience using HomeMD. I find the app very easy to navigate with a lot of useful tools. We each have our own profile (me, wife and two children). Each profile is kept up do date with appointment notes, medications, personal medical history, vaccinations, family history, allergies, lifestyle information, etc...
When I schedule a consultation I am notified immediately and I receive a video call within minutes. Prescriptions can be sent to me immediately which saves us the hassle of packing the kids up and dragging them to the doctor for something as simple as a stomach bug or a diaper rash. I’m very happy to have discovered this app and will undoubtedly continue using it.

Lovuuuud it
I was looking for a new family doctor and decided to try the 30 days for free to see how it worked and I love using it!. And the nurse was so sweet and even followed up with me after a few days. I never imagine it will this good. Highly recommend it!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌊🌸
