amazing as expected
the app is amazing i get to see all of my pets medical records and upcoming appointments. The 24/7 medical support chat is well worth the cost 65$/year and its a real person who give actual advice. i genuinely expect nothing less from juno the vet techs r so amazing they genuinely make the vet 10x less stressful for me and my cats thank you so much for all your work.

Juno’s App + service are without compare
Juno is a game changer amongst vets. In an industry that seems stagnant - where the only competition is to see who can increase their prices the fastest/highest - everything about Juno is a breath of fresh air. For the first time in my pets’ 15year lives, I have their medical records, invoices, lab results, etc at my fingertips. But the real real value here is having access to virtual care 24/7. It seems my pets only have emergencies at 2am and it’s always a huge relief to be able to access knowledgeable care at any time of the day or night. Kudos to team at Juno.

Everything works well but especially the virtual care portion… I’m a bit neurotic about my dog’s health so the Juno folks are always there to chat to.
So useful and convenient
It is great to have access to my pets medical information within seconds. Accessing the immunization records is incredibly convenient for grooming or boarding appointments.
I also love having access to the virtual care chat - provides extra peace of mind when unsure of what my guys are exhibiting (and whether or not they need to be seen)!
