amazing as expected
the app is amazing i get to see all of my pets medical records and upcoming appointments. The 24/7 medical support chat is well worth the cost 65$/year and its a real person who give actual advice. i genuinely expect nothing less from juno the vet techs r so amazing they genuinely make the vet 10x less stressful for me and my cats thank you so much for all your work.

Juno’s App + service are without compare
Juno is a game changer amongst vets. In an industry that seems stagnant - where the only competition is to see who can increase their prices the fastest/highest - everything about Juno is a breath of fresh air. For the first time in my pets’ 15year lives, I have their medical records, invoices, lab results, etc at my fingertips. But the real real value here is having access to virtual care 24/7. It seems my pets only have emergencies at 2am and it’s always a huge relief to be able to access knowledgeable care at any time of the day or night. Kudos to team at Juno.

Everything works well but especially the virtual care portion… I’m a bit neurotic about my dog’s health so the Juno folks are always there to chat to.

It is great to have access to my pets medical information within seconds. Accessing the immunization records is incredibly convenient for grooming or boarding appointments.
I also love having access to the virtual care chat - provides extra peace of mind when unsure of what my guys are exhibiting (and whether or not they need to be seen)!

Great app
Love having access to my pets records and being able to chat with someone on the team whenever I have pet questions! Super easy to navigate ⭐️
Convenience 👌
So convenient to have my pets records available on my phone at the click of a button. Every time I go to a new groomer and need to show vaccination records it takes me2 seconds when I used to have to call or email my vet. Lots of other great features too but that’s my favourite!

App works as intended
I was not expecting much seeing some negative reviews but I’m guessing the bugs have been fixed because the app works beautifully for me and looks very aesthetically pleasing. I love being able to see and enter all of my pups information in real time. Very convenient to see you past and upcoming appointments and having 24-7 virtual care is amazing!

Not working
I had my first cat euthanized at juno last March and it was a lovely service so when I got new cats I reinstated my membership. The app will not show my new cats info, and freezes every time i try to use it. They fixed it one time and the next time I opened the app and every time since the same happens. Very useless.

Interface is pretty but..
Not great if you have multiple family members who need access to the app as it only works with cellphone verification password. Having an email and regular password option would be ideal so families can check in from their own devices
Can’t get past “add photo”
Love the idea of this but haven’t been able to use since there is no option to either add photo or skip. I can select the photo but that’s as far as you can go with the app.

Can’t get past the photo upload to the chat, which is the most useful part of the app.
Has potential, needs certain things to fix.
The interface is pretty and works well. It signs you out from time to time, but you still get notifications. It’s just a little annoying to sign in again but maybe that’s on purpose because there are records on there.
My one complaint is that the chats get mixed up out of chronological order so it’s hard to find the chat that is relevant to me. I also wish there was a function to delete conversations as some of them are empty (i.e. msg from the doctor or I accidentally started a conversation).

Buggy, won’t let you do a lot of things
The app is only good for chatting with the team.
It won’t let you book any appointments through the UI, and only brings you to chat.
Won’t let you update your credit card.

Very frustrating! Just hangs on photo upload page, cannot bypass or get into the app.
Please consider just emailing all documentation because (based on other reviews as well as my experience) this is a very buggy app.

So I really enjoy the aspect of being able to communicate and have all my animals files in one place only thing is within the last 2 weeks of me actually really using the app I have been forced to delete it and re-download it on numerous occasions.
Sometimes it will just keep on asking if I’m a member and when I put the code in it goes back to the beginning never allowing me to actually get to my profile!
As well one of the times the codes to login that are meant to be sent via text we’re taking ages to come in that I would have to close down the app and start again or I attempted to get the code called in to me and it was from an American number meaning I would incur charges by answering.
It would be nice that if you are logging in on your phone that you just get to stay logged in unless you choose to log-out.
Or just making the login easier all together.
Again the concept with having an app is great the atmosphere at the actual office is awesome and the people Ive spoken with have been patient kind and courteous. This app though definitely needs some work 😅
