Video?
Does this app even have video capability? I had presence and loved it. This didn’t seem close.

There is separate app called "Presence Video Camera Security" that you are referring to. Care Daily AI is not a camera app and this review is off-topic.
Not what I expected
I had PRESENCE camera security act. It changed and led me here. It doesn’t look like this app will connect to watch my home camera for security.

I was switched to this app from the BGE smart home program. This app is horrible. It logs you out after minutes and when you try to turn on your lights or control your home you have to give your phone number and wait for a text to then enter a code which doesn’t copy and paste from your messages. Then you can actually control your home. EVERY single time I need to turn on a light. Also it will randomly change my settings on my lights. I might have it set to 50% brightness and then suddenly it returns to 100% brightness with no additional programming by me. I have sent FIVE emails to this company with no responses. I get the automated response but no actual help. Then I will get a follow up email asking me if I was pleased with my service. IS THIS COMPANY FOR REAL!? Stay far far away. I am very unhappy with every experience I have had with this app/company.
Update- although the developer says they fixed it. Their fix was to tell me to switch back to the old app I had for my smart home through my electric company. So, no, they did not “fix” the issue. And it wasn’t until I posted this review that I got a response at all!

Sorry to hear you continue to see issues, and for the delayed response. I'm curious, what issues are you seeing still? I'd be more then happy to try and help get you up and running with the new app experience. I understand it is quite different from the other application. The new user experience is designed to offer much more to our users, but of course any user experience change can seem daunting at first.
Great product
My grandma lives in another state. She does not be in a retirement home. This app notifies me about her behavior to see how she is doing so I don’t have to worry about her.

Great app simple to use to set up a smart home to care for what matters. Love the trusted circle feature to share alerts with family and friends via text so they don’t need to download the app
Amazing App
The app guided me step by step from creating an account, to install devices, adding friends and family and setting up emergency call center, in a very user friendly way. My trusted circle of People receive and share alerts, so everyone is well informed of the wellbeing of a senior member. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a good senior care product.

This App Looks Promising
My best friend’s father has Alzheimer’s, and this program and app sounds like it would be awesome to help monitor him at the home when the caretaker is not around.
Great guidance on how to set up system
I love the way this app makes it simple for me to set up the hardware. It takes you step by step through the process. Also, it is amazing how you can automatically share alerts and controls with family members using SMS just in case attention is needed. This is a well thought out senior care product!
