App not working
I have contacted my group insurance provider who have provided me with the access code. I have deleted the app and started afresh and yet it still does not work.

Never seems to work
Everytime I've gone to use it, it says internal server error, there's no help section, no way of finding out if you can get an appointment any other way. Pointless
Cannot see uploaded documents
I have had a appointment today. It was easy to access and much quicker to book than your normal GP. However, after my appointment I cannot view my consultation documents. I don’t know if this is a fault of the app or has just been missed by the GP. Either way without the documents I cannot take them to a referral.
