Glitchy, freezes
Very glitchy, doesn’t allow to search other locations other than your home, cannot add registration details, rubbish graphics take up half the screen. I just want to book casual parking. I would like that hour of my time back pls. Work to be done on this App, surely?
Absolute Bloatware
You are not important enough to have an app, everything the app does could be done from within a browser. Why do I have to create an account and verify my email to park my car? It’s ridiculous but what other option have you given us.

Useless
Such awful technology that simply doesn’t work. I wonder how many people simply give up trying to pay and just hope they don’t get a fine. I know I did.
Utter garbage
App is a complete fail. Won’t even show parks which have CarePark signage all over them when I drive past.

Downloaded app twice and unable to login. Basic requirement so not sure how it would go ( they mentioned that the app had better reliability)

Cmon guys (someone test the app)
Show password feature doesn’t work. First instance opening the app it froze and I had to restart it. It has my location but wants all the top search results to be in Texas, London, Scotland, the Bahamas etc when I live in VIC, Australia. Like cmon what am I meant to do with that? Even when I search the actual name for the carpark it won’t pop up, just shows me slop that’s thousands of kms away. The website is already slow. The app is just even worse.
This is all within the first 30 seconds of opening the app. Fix your app, your fees are so overpriced there’s no reason the app should be this terrible.
The only 5 star review is clearly from a “developer”/employee and it’s nothing constructive, just a basic ai prompt response.

Too much hassle
If you want me to create a “100” characters ling password with upper case, lower case, number, special characters and what not, I don’t want it. Let me choose what and how I want my password!
Badly implemented
The app errors out stating no parks forcing the user to pay ridiculous prices for full day parking

Terrible company
Used one of these car parks in Brisbane. Got side tracked and didn’t pay on arrival. However I do return and pay once I realised. When I got home I saw there was a parking ticket on my window. Appealed the fine only to be rejected, even though I paid. No real way to contact the company hence leaving this review.

Not helpful
This app is not worth the trouble. Data is not up to date. Doesn’t list one of its car parks in a local rehab hospital.

How can this be
Well first off good luck signing up, it took me three time just to add my mobile number until, I realised I had to add the +61 before the number.
Which is not promoted to do so, then I get the code to verify my account doesn’t work. Resend code again it puts up on my add to and still doesn’t work.
This app is so bad, I would rather them send me a fine for parking and pay it later.
I only got this because every time I park at a place that’s managed with this care park system the machines don’t have paper to print a receipt.
And after two weeks of waiting ( and still haven’t received it yet) I decided to get the app and start using it this way.
If you have a work car and need to pay for parking stay clear of these places and add.

The worst
This app does not work so don’t bother downloading. The lifts in the parking venue in Charlotte Street, Brisbane haven’t worked for over month and there has been no communication with customers about when that will be fixed, so I don’t know why I thought this app would work.
Terrible
The app can’t find the parking complex that I’m able to book on their own website. Zooming in on the map to try and click on the parking icon also did not work
I’m not angry, I just feel sorry for them
The onboarding in this app is terrible, can’t copy paste card information from password manager, can’t automatically load a new password from my password manager. I’m already annoyed I have to make yet another account for a parking app, I’m already annoyed that here is yet another vector to hack people, the least they could do is make the process as easy as possible. But of course, I’m not the customer. The customer is the building manager of the premises where I parked. I’m just the shlub that’s forced to use this half-finished app or risk getting towed. It’s a rubbish app by a rubbish company that has literally done the least they possible can.
