It’s easy on this app for them to just take your money while your just searching. I was trying to book a park in advance when it just deducted money from my credit card thinking that I was booking in real time.
And try and get your money back!!!! Jeez!!!
You have to print out a form fill it out scan it back, they forward that on to someone who decides whether to approve it and then you have to wait 21 days for a bank transfer.
They’ve got my credit card details. Why not just reverse the $8 and have it done with.
Crikey what a beaureucratic nightmare this place. It’s not worth the money dealing with it.
Avoid the app.

You can’t book or pay

It just shows where the parking is you can’t actually pay for parking

App is useless

The app doesn’t allow you to book online like the competitors.
In addition to this when you book your carpark via the website, the app doesn’t recognise your booking. Neither does the carpark. So leaving the carpark everyday is frustrating.
Please look at your competitors apps and improve yours accordingly.

Waste of space

Can’t book in the app, website won’t let you log in - literally if it wasn’t next to work I’d never use again out of protest for how terrible the digital infrastructure is.

Is this completely legal?

An app that encourages you to use your phone while driving… and there’s no other way to enter the car park if you have prebooked.
