It’s easy on this app for them to just take your money while your just searching. I was trying to book a park in advance when it just deducted money from my credit card thinking that I was booking in real time.
And try and get your money back!!!! Jeez!!!
You have to print out a form fill it out scan it back, they forward that on to someone who decides whether to approve it and then you have to wait 21 days for a bank transfer.
They’ve got my credit card details. Why not just reverse the $8 and have it done with.

You can’t book or pay
It just shows where the parking is you can’t actually pay for parking
App is useless
The app doesn’t allow you to book online like the competitors.
In addition to this when you book your carpark via the website, the app doesn’t recognise your booking. Neither does the carpark. So leaving the carpark everyday is frustrating.
Please look at your competitors apps and improve yours accordingly.

Waste of space
Can’t book in the app, website won’t let you log in - literally if it wasn’t next to work I’d never use again out of protest for how terrible the digital infrastructure is.
Is this completely legal?
An app that encourages you to use your phone while driving… and there’s no other way to enter the car park if you have prebooked.
Worst
I don’t think this app is designed for pre-booking a park but for paying at the time you want to park. I selected a future date but when I hit pay it wanted to start the parking session today. Awfully confusing.
Doesn’t work! Left stranded at car park
It was easy to use map and book a car park but when I arrived it wouldn’t open gate, said I hadn’t confirmed email that I hadn’t received, had to sort it with car park manager instead. Kept trying to ‘locate a car park’ for ages later, couldn’t turn it off - had to delete app. Didn’t recognise location etc. Nightmare when you have kids in the car and other cars piling up behind trying to get in!

What a stupid app for entering car parks. I booked a car park and it was nightmare to get into the carpark. Why this company doesn’t offer passcode for entering??

Appalling app. Never works. Can’t locate the car park. Won’t link up with online. Offensively poor quality. Even got a fine because app won’t work and no ability to park elsewhere. Disgusting that these businesses get to operate with no quality assurance whatsoever. Won’t pay the fine that’s for sure. A disgrace.

Pointless App
The App and the online account do not link, so I’ve signed up twice. You guys don’t use a card system either (as all your competitors do). The transactions are not smooth and the App is pointless for booking. This is a very average App because it doesn’t help the pre booking process and (for some stupid reason) my password now doesn’t work! #facepalm

It just refers you to a website where you then have to login in - useless
No way to register
The app looks ok... only that it wouldn't allow me to register. I couldn't understand why.

Fantastic experience using the app. Intuitively built and very easy to organise parking.
