The app frequently logs you out for no reason. Last week the medication tracker just stopped working 🙃

These people are so rude
Why pay $250+ for a service that is not immediate. I’ve had quicker service calling and booking my appts at a busy walk in. Let alone the nurses seem very judgmental.
Lots of paperwork to find out they charge you $$
No one reachable by phone, tell you to install the app. Fine.
App installed, need an account and profile just to make a simple appointment. Fine.
Then you find that all services cost cash instead of billing healthcare.
It’d be a joke if it weren’t straight up misleading people about their own healthcare. No thanks.
