Poor service once money is credited
Priyanka is allocated as the RM and she never responds. I am still awaiting details of the care giver who will be allocated.
Its a Fraud Company
There is nothing legit about what they are doing. They take advance first and dont bother to respond. Don't rely on their services. They are making money out an emergency situation we could have and thus make payments without double checking their legitimacy.
The app needs a lot of work!
A lot of things are not working on the app. Everytime I open the app it asks to be updated and then when clicked says “cannot connect with App Store”

Horrible to every extent
Their hollow promises and poor customer experience is something you need to take up on a daily basis.
Everyday, you wake up to hear yet another excuse for the delay or absence of the care giver. You have to call back and forth until Priyanka or Faisal pick up, they say sorry and that’s about it for the day.
If you have no other task in your day like making food, working, daily chores, etc, then go ahead and collaborate with Care24.
