Love TMPK but not the app!
Having followed TMPK since Covid times, bought his books, got the ebooks etc., which I love, and love the whole TMPK concept, I thought sign up to the app with the special offer.
I am not very impressed with the app.
Good points - a lot of recipes on there
The community support is second to none. Great support.
Bad points (my own personal opinion) - can’t message other members or reply more than once to comments on your post.
- when I signed up ingredients that should have been in g were in ml and others were not right
- just little things like grammar etc which you should expect to be good for the price and an app…
Might be picky things but that’s just me. I feel I could and can just follow TMPK with his books and recipes / videos etc on social media and not have paid for the app….
Can’t comment on the habit tracker or exercise as not used.

Not worth £1, better apps out there
I joined this app last year. I had to google TDEE calculator as John wanted to charge £60 to work it out. The only time he is present in the app community is to call out people for making excuses & he calls people “fat” and “lazy”. The recipes are all from different websites online.
Ripoff
Purchased this at a ripoff price of £129.99 nothing on this app you can’t find for free on the internet. Expected much more . Nothing to work out your calories apart from link to my fitness pal . Just a few meal prep recipes which are regurgitated from the books already sold . Disappointed is a understatement .

Before you purchase this app check out trustpilot . Signed up with the promise that you could win 1-1 coaching , when asked about it I was blocked . He used this as a ploy to tempt people to sign up to his app . Having looked at his app it is full of stolen recipes that he claims is his own . I’ve since discovered that he has absolutely no qualifications for advising people on weightloss , no knowledge of medical problems , medications etc so can’t help you . Honestly save your money his trustpilot reviews say it all I only wish I’d read there first
