The Push I needed

So glad to have started Senadas workouts ! They have really pushed me harder with my training especially working out around 2 little kids running around I have surprised myself and been able to do it!

Tracking of exercise

The exercise tracking is very confusing and makes no sense. I had done other apps and it’s not so confusing as this app on tracking the exercises
