Awful customer support. Redundant program.
Customer service has been very slow to respond to inquiries. It is all over email. There is no other way to talk to anyone. It is generic responses so probably AI. The app is glitchy and workouts redundant.
Terrible customer service
Customer service is absolutely awful, it takes multiple attempts to get a response and then they ignore the question in the email. Absolutely not worth it.
Disappointed
I was so excited about using this exercise app but it froze from the start. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. I also was not able to get support from the app maker. They would not refund my money either. Poor customer service…
Great workouts
Great app, easy to use, good workouts that change everyday so you dont get bored. Taking one star off because of love a way to track load progression or even for the app to prompt you on it.
Scam
This app is awful. Not only is it glitchy, but the customer service is awful. Despite cancelling as required by the terms and conditions, I continue to be charged monthly for this app that I no longer have access to. This is a scam. Stay away!! Madeline Moves is much better!!
