Fraudulent business practices
Mediocre ap, poor diet/meal support. Workouts are not very flexible for home/gym options and super-repetitive. Worst part: fraudulent business practice. Auto renew at $250 with zero communication, rude, condescending and super-slow emails about account and refusal to refund my fraudulently charged renewal fee after cancelling. Do not risk your money or patience in trying to work with Alexia’s team. Terrible ethics.

Awful customer support. Redundant program.
Customer service has been very slow to respond to inquiries. It is all over email. There is no other way to talk to anyone. It is generic responses so probably AI. The app is glitchy and workouts redundant.
Terrible customer service
Customer service is absolutely awful, it takes multiple attempts to get a response and then they ignore the question in the email. Absolutely not worth it.
Disappointed
I was so excited about using this exercise app but it froze from the start. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. I also was not able to get support from the app maker. They would not refund my money either. Poor customer service…
Great workouts
Great app, easy to use, good workouts that change everyday so you dont get bored. Taking one star off because of love a way to track load progression or even for the app to prompt you on it.
Scam
This app is awful. Not only is it glitchy, but the customer service is awful. Despite cancelling as required by the terms and conditions, I continue to be charged monthly for this app that I no longer have access to. This is a scam. Stay away!! Madeline Moves is much better!!

Impossible to Cancel
The app is impossible to cancel and when I emailed them I got condescending replies from a smart aleck. Guess I’ll be stuck paying for a useless app the rest of my life. I’ll include them in my prayers since they have apparently fell on hard times and need every cent they can get.
These workouts kick my butt!!!
I love this app but the latest update to the app is really irritating. There is absolutely no way to pause the timers anymore if the workout gets interrupted by a phone call or something; the time switching between exercises is too short to change equipment especially with the lack of ability to pause; and lastly, I used to be able to switch back and forth between the gym/home version in the middle of the workout/between circuits (according to the equipment I have) without losing progress on the workout….but now you have to start the workout over.
Please change these things back. Everything else has been pretty great up until now.

Beware of renewal
I paid for a one year subscription and didn’t realize Alexia Clark sets these accounts up for auto renewal. I never received any notice about the time for renewal. My credit card was charged full price for the following year and as soon as I realized it, which was within days of the charge, I reached out to Alexia Clark to see if I could cancel and get a refund. She would not do any refund amount for the future year. It’s terrible customer service. Buyer be warned!
