Nope.
Beware! This isn't what it seems
I wish I had paid attention to the other negative review on here. I paid for an in person account and it ends up that in person doesn't exist. First appt offered was for more than a month after I had signed up, and who knows if it would even happen then. The various promises on the website aren't true..you aren't assigned to a care provider, there is no navigator available in the app, there are no doctors even if you try switching your province. And so far, Jordan refuses to give a refund even though I paid for something that doesn't exist. If you search their legal name online you find a bunch of other negative google reviews which I wish I had found earlier. Stay far away!

Caution - not what they claim to be
This is a startup that advertises amazing things, but in reality it’s not what it says it is. Easy access to Nurse Practitioners, but no doctors. They claim to have an annual physical, but in Calgary they just call around to get you an appointment. The nurse practitioner sessions are rushed and they really can’t help with real health issues - they recommend going into a walk in clinic to see a real doctor.

Was better than Telus health app
I’ve used Telus health app and system for a couple years which is ok. But this Care2talk company and system is way better. Things don’t slip through the cracks and you have much better care with this company.
