Problems
I always have a problem logging into this app. Even when I get a new password, it wonโt let me log in. Then when I finally have a successful log in, the pictures is a blur!!!

This gives me so much confidence when I have to be overseas away from my Mum. I am very grateful for this window into the Care Home. A great limitation is the lack of photo zooming - I have to often take a device screenshot to zoom in. Also, a simple PDF report of all photos/comments (with date limits) would be an important way to share to other family members who do not have the App.

Great program- would love to be able to add to Widget page on iPhone
Restart of iPhone required
After viewing a PDF posted by my motherโs aged care facility, my iPhone 12 Max froze. This forced me to initiate a forced restart. Prior to this, there were no issues to the app.
