Don’t like Newer format
I am not able to see into the next month to schedule an appointment. I liked the app before and found it very useful for a couple of years. However, I recently find it frustrating! Please bring back the appointment feature that lets me see appointments available for a specific doctor!

Won’t let me create new sign-in account
issue for voice over
App does not work for voice over users. I was able to get signed in, but nothing else.
Use to be good
App use to be good, was able to access things easily and download PDFs with all the information but can’t do that anymore. When it showed results there was a range that it would give next to your result but it no longer does that.
Login is broken
The app won’t let me log in with the same credentials I used yesterday

Unable to read and messages that come through from the Doctor.
Huge Improvements
The CareATC app just got even better. The latest update is showing massive improvements- more personal, faster and a lot more user-friendly. Makes me want to utilize the app more.

Messages aren't working
I can't read messages from Doctor all of a sudden. I tried to reinstall the app, but it's still not working.
Rx refill missing
When I added this app, there was no Manage Prescriptions button (as displayed in the app description screenshot).

Doesn’t work. Login
Very poor app
I have to keep deleting the app & reinstalling to get any information. It just keeps spinning & nothing shows up. You can’t print off your reports from the app & to get them you have to go to a center.

I can log in but the app won’t load anything. Constant “error encountered” message
Rarely Works
This app isn’t worth your time. Rarely does it connect. If it does allow you to log in, it doesn’t load the health information and constantly gives an error that it has lost connection.
Why bother🤦🏽♀️
Booking an appointment is so frustrating and pretty much impossible. Every appointment that it says is available ends up not being available when you try to book it. Now I know times are crazy but at 4:00AM it’s hard to believe there are multiple people booking the same apportionment at the same time.

Unable to use
I have auto updates and have been unable to use this app to schedule appointment for Pontus now . It is useless.I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app and keep getting error .
Can’t even log in
The app worked a few times, but for the last year I’ve received an error message every time I attempt to log in. Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t help.
Frustrated!!!
The app gives me an error message and there is no remedy even when contacting customer support.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times on my iPhone. Nothing but errors every time I log in. Better of signing in online, forget the app.
