Fix the app because it’s always had problems
Every time I try logging in with my passcode I end up being asked for my login to the portal. Input that info, click on the square, hit login, and it forever syncs. I close the app and reopen till I eventually get the keypad for my password. This needs to be fixed!!! Also, I have it set to notify me when work duration has ended and it rarely works. I have to set an alarm on my phone to remind me to logout. Please fix these problems. The app has never worked seamlessly like it should

Awful
Every time I try to get my work signed off on, I’ve had to close the app and open it back up LOG IN(like full password/username) again before it’ll let us do it sometimes I’ve had to do this MULTIPLE TIMES to get it work… I’m beyond annoyed at how awful this app is, not to mention how awful the company has became, it’s got even worse since they did the last update, this company is absolutely terrible and when we get another company in this area I’m switching immediately… gt was fine before they started MAKING us use this app to send our time in and I am beyond done with it. I’ve been with this company since 2019 and it’s just gotten worse every year. On another note, another day, I been trying to log in for 30 minutes and can’t get past logging in and syncing…… I’m so done with this…

Absolute bs
Ridiculous that they call themselves a payroll company. Horrible app and they never fully fix the issues. Can’t get my hours half the time. This is unacceptable when so many of us get paid using this app. Zero stars.
Caregiver
Since the last update it’s been nothing but problems, it won’t approve my time unless I log out then log back in but even then I can’t do my bio scan like before I have put in user name and password and wait for it to sync then it will approve my time. One time it took me so log to do this I discarded my time for that day, so I lost one day of pay because of this app. I call help desk they tell me to uninstall and reinstall but still does the same thing. I got an email to change my password, so I did and that didn’t work. A week later got another email saying change password so I called help desk and the said I must have hit that button that I forgot password, I told him I didn’t see how on a bioscan! This app is terrible! Please fix it…

Easy to use
Easy to use, works 99% of the time and when it doesn’t I just call customer service and they solve the problem!
Terrible app
If I could give this app zero stars, I would. Why give us the option to save our login if we have to still put it in every log in? Also why have us create a code to make logins easier if I have to create a new one of those every login as well. It’s takes 5 minutes just to open the darn app. Just get rid of the code option so I don’t have to do it every-time or actually fix it so I can use it properly please.

PLEASE FIX
Devs - what’s going on? Please fix the app, caregivers need to take care of their patients when they arrive and not spend extra time needing to consistently log in and out due to being signed out after every use and waiting several minutes just for it to sync when signing in. The last update has caused so many issues with this! Super frustrating! Please at least put out a memo to caregivers acknowledging this issue and an ETA of when it will be fixed.

The caregiver app is very efficient for tracking time cards for in home caregivers. The app also requires location services and collects location where the individual is clocking in and clocking out which holds the employee accountable. The caregiver app does have its glitches but all technology has issues sometimes. For the most part it is a good app.

HAVE TO SIGN INTO APP EVERY TIME!
This app is terrible. I now have to keep signing in and setting a password EVERY time I use it. Fix this problem GT developers!

This app is horrible. Not use friendly at all. Very buggy and frustrating to navigate.
Frustrated
This app is so frustrating now, constant issues, syncing, sign outs, so hard to use now.
Glitchy
When it’s functioning, this app makes clocking in and out and getting paid easy. The problem is that it frequently isn’t working. It logs me out of the app in the middle of the work day and can take 5+ minutes to synch when logging back in. When clocking out it will skip over the sign and submit page, not loading that page into the next work day. I’ve clocked in and then found that it didn’t save when I went to clock out. I’ve clocked out on a Friday and discovered Monday that it never actually stoped the timer. For the past 2 weeks, I’ve had to log in to the app and renter a passcode every time that I’ve opened the app.

This app uses to work now every time you open you have to log in and sync the app and add pin 🤬😡
App not working
The app no longer takes facial id. I have to put in my passcodes and then wait three minutes for it to sync. Customer service no help. Said to delete and reinstall. I’ve done it ten times. Still not working.
Never operates correctly,NEVER!!
If you want to login on time, you better start an hour ahead of time. This app takes forever to open and even if you save your Face ID or fingerprint ID to open the app, it blanks it out and you have to put everything in again. You have have to agree to the terms again, login and then it ask you to create a passcode each and every time when you’ve already created a passcode (in my case three years ago). This is unacceptable considering it is the only way Caregiver’s have to document their time and unfortunately, we can no longer submit paper timesheets. There is no alternative and complaining has done. No good. It’s actually getting so bad that I’m considering changing companies that handle my payroll. It is frustrating for myself and my employee. It was valuable time. I don’t have to waste. Do better or lose your customers.

Terrible
This app was working fine until about two weeks ago. I called GT customer service. and was told that an update was done to the app and they’re trying to find the problem. It’s beyond frustrating that every time I go to clock in/out I have to sign in first. I wish they would have just left this app alone. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times and it’s still not working.

Horrible App!
This app is so horrible, constantly making me sign in and out and also always asking me to add a pin. Because of this I’m never able to clock out on time because it’s a whole process everytime I go into the app. They need to fix this!
5.6.1 Update Issues
Having to sign back in and create a pin every other day since the 5.6.1 update. Hopefully this is resolved soon.
